anyone use a specefic number of kill count everytime they open the chest to find their rewards?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

personally i use the number 16 as it is my lucky number irl and it seems to work at barrows aswell

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

i got a vearcs skirt, veracs helm, d med, veracs helm (i seem to be attracted to veracs...) all with 16 kc \

i am not trying to search for the right number to use... im just seeing if there are any others out there who use a lucky number and came up trumps? :-#

I've used different numbers but always seem to get a barrows item on 26 kill count lol

ONTOPIC: I usually go for 10, although once I get members again, I will probably do 20, i think i would prefer consistant large rune drops instead of occasional items

I personally like it because I get all my deaths and minds backs and then some, but it doesn't cut down on my speed that much.

11 got me a arhims skirt.

20 is the way to go. I got a g warspear, my first barrows drop, off of 20 KC

I used to use 15 all the time for a good variety of runes and racks, but when I don't intend to get a good KC and just get a few kills, I usually get an item, so around 9-10 for me. :D

7 with a double barrows brother after a 0-37 trip bad spell of no items, and then accidently getting a double brother and getting my first item, then next trip getting another item, and 2 trips later getting a Guth Spear i'd say thats not too bad = )

Look at my barrows list i got most of them with 6 :) includign my guthans warspear.. but my 1st barrows drop was with 100 i thought that it would be lucky to get a very high number.. Guess i was right :lol:

I always did 25, It took up too much food, So I tried 15 and got a hell lot of items 20/23 with 15 :D

I've always gotten 6 or 10. Its gave me 87 drops so far ;)

its been prooven that somewhere between 21 and 23 are the best to get, there is no lucky number that gives you drops every time, but between 21 and 23 you will get the most drops to time. For exame i cant remember the exact amounts but i will show you what i mean. If you get 6-10 kills you will get an item every 25 trips, 15-20 22 trips, 21 - 25 every 15 trips. after this number you are wasting your time as the chances hardly chance at all.

 

 

 

AS i said i am guessing on the runs they are likely to be 100% off, but its just to show you wha ti mena.

15 when I use guthan + mage, 6 when I use verac.

All 6 barrows brothers and exactly 1 of each type of monster in the dungeon. (ie, one spider, 1 bloodworm, 1 rat and 1 skeleton)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I always get more runes/coins/boltracks with this method than just 6 or killing like 5 skeletons. Trust me, it works just like the brothers do for rewards. Killing them once gives you a chance, but more than once is just useless.

i do 20....ahrims staff...kharils top x 2......d med....but i rarely do barrows

i use 11, because its my irl lucky numby and i nearly always get bolt racks and deaths
