Technically, that wouldn't be living at all, since you don't have a pulse or any consciousness worth speaking of.

Therefore, the ravages of age don't apply, so your muscles never break down. I assume they would still mature to the point before you entered the stage where there was inverse progress on your body. So you would probably hit somewhere in your twenties or thirties and then your body would just be in stasis.

Ultimate physical invulnerability is almost the only way to dominate the world, because you could threaten every politician in the world and if they wouldn't agree, just kill them, and their bodyguards or police can't do squat.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

But even then, an army could just make an aerial attack on you and dump a huge concrete cage on you and you couldn't escape. Thus you'd also need unlimited physical strength, so I'd take that with fries please.

Living forever is truly the most awful thing I could think of. Outliving your children, your friends, everyone around you dying... No thanks not for me. If your brain rotted, then surely you would be dead.

You're thinking of invulnerability, not immortality. Invulnerability in being immune or not effected much by physical damages. Immortality is living forever, but you are still affected by the aging process. Immortality is not eternal youth.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you're eternally youthful and you get cancer, you'll still die. If you're immortal and you get cancer, well let's just say you won't be eating, moving, thinking, or much of anything anymore, but you'll still be alive in a way.

But physical strength and immortality would require two wishes, not one. And not a good idea to wait for concrete to fade. They'll just drop another one on you every millenium of so. You'll be stuck in there for the rest of your life!!!, what a way to spend it...

After some thought, I think I would be able to discover every possibility. For example, if I got a F in bio instead of an A, I want to see how my life will turn into. Likewise if I wanted, let's say, to be a billionaire, I can see what exactly I have to do to get there (or around what I have to do).

Heh, this reminds me of that movie with Bill Murray; Groundhog day. He relives the same day over and over again, which you probably would experience if you were to live forever, because history seems to repeat itself quite often. At some point he gets really sick of it and goes about killing himself in a number of ways.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I doubt living forever would be any fun, whether you would age or not, at some point you would get bored of living but have no way to ever change that.

 

 

 

There are other implications which are kind of horrible to think about. What if there was some war or confict and you would be captured by people that wanted to torture you. Generally immortality goes along with eternal youth, because aging=death, so immortality would not occur without eternal youth among other things, such as immunity to all disease, no need for food, and many others.

Just to be pedantic (and i know, ironically, i cant spell it), when andromeda and the milky way do collide, the chance of a planet or star colliding is almost zero because of the vastness of distance between them within our own galaxy. Secondly in 10^101 years, (10 with 101 zeros after it) the universe will just be an emptyness with only photons zooming around, so old that even the black holes themselves will have evaporated (things do escape from a black hole, just at such a miniscule rate, that its sucking on a "vacuum" is good enough to hold it, a few atoms) but anyway, how wud u survive that? :P

you are clinically dead when u don't have brain function, so even if you don't have a pulse you are still technically alive
