I'm thinking of having an attempt soon. I'm currently 81 Range, 61 Prayer, 75 Defence and 79 HP. I know I can do it, as soon as I can scrape some money together to fund the Cbows and Veracs. I'll probably end up failing miserablely and fall into the sinsiter depths of Jad's defeat, because when I am nervous, even at Barrows, which I do alot, I get nervous.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I've watched your vids since level 78 but I just can't comprehend how you learn when to put prayer on? Like when you know what monster is coming next and what prayer, where to run to trap them etc? It would probably be too much information to remember, so I'll write it down and glance every now and again. Is there a good way to remember exactly when and what to do?

Just a quick question. Using your guide, how much would the cost be to complete and get the fire cape? If the C bow is 180k? I cant add em up lol. Thanks

I found a legit exploit to making a full c bow last forever

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1. 2 c bows, two full, one is the degrade bow

 

 

 

2. shoot teh full one for 240 shots, switch to degrade bow

 

 

 

3. very shortly youll degrade that bow

 

 

 

4. switch to full c bow, repeat steps 2-4

Thank you muggi for this great guide :) I got my fire cape today following your guide without any real problems (it was my 3rd try though). Had 5 super restrores and 5 sara brews left. (I had token 8 sara brews, 3 range and the rest super restore pots with me).

Rapid, but there's nothing wrong with accurate cuz it gives you 2 range lvls

Full Charge Exploit

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

For the moment, theres a way to always have a Crystal Bow or Shield at Full Charge (10/10). It was confirmed through Jagex Customer Support that this is a legal exploit, but that it may be fixed in the future.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Just as the Ring of Forging has the 140 smelting times attached to your character and not the ring, so to is the decay of the bow and shield attached to your character. The count is 250, use the shield or bow 250 times and it decays one state (ex: from 5/10 to 4/10).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Here's the exploit then. Buy 2 or more crystal bows (either from Islwyn or a buy a crystal seed from another player to recharge). Use a Bow till its 9/10, well call this the Decay Bow. Now switch to your other Full Charge Bow that we'll call the Full Bow. Use it for about 240 times (couple of ways to track this). Switch to the decay bow. Use it till it decays which happens quickly. Switch back to the Full Bow to use again for 240 times. Once your decay bow becomes a seed, recharge it in order to use this exploit again. So, you'll still be paying for all your shots.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Benefit is you get to use a +100 Range, 25% Max Damage bow for almost all your 2500 shots.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The shield has a separate decay count from the bow.

I had a third go last night,i get to jad with 5 super restores and 5 sara brews left but i just cant get the prayer swithing right... :wall:

i just heard prayers got delayed in turning on, does this make caves and i assume dk's and some other stuff impossible

Yeah, m4tty, the prayers lag a little after turning them on, doesn't make things impossible, but I would wait for Jagex to fix it to try.

I tried caves twice, first time I accidently switched worlds -.-, the second time it was 6am and I was so tired that I missed a prayer just before healers spawned and I died.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Gonna try again soon now that I have much higher range, def and prayer.
