Damn i'm not used to working with small canvas' :ohnoes: and with the size restrictions are we allowed to use 45x45 and 200x200? or is it 46x46-199-199, just wondering because I sure as hell ain't doing a 200x200 to get DQ'ed :notalk: . I should be finishing a halo3 sig by 15th but I cba :uhh: love these new smileys. Likeing the brackets idea, since i've been underground so long no-one knows me \

don't know what was talked about, but I know auto dithering as an option on some programs maybe.. on photoshop if you click on save for web you can reduce the colour count with PNGs or GIFs, and theres an option to pattern, noise or diffusion dither to make up for loss of shades.. Not recommended for 'pixel-artists' as its supposed to be hand rendered but website designers use to reduce size, advertising banners is probably where you'll notice it..
