A Purple Party Hat is worth ~150m (probably less). If you sold this and bought as many Oak Planks as you could with it, you'd have 300k Oak Planks. If you put those all to construction, you'd have 18m XP earned, which is more than enough for 99 Construction. In actuality, you only need 220k Oak Planks (rounded from ~217k for simplicity sake). That's worth (at 500ea) 110m, which means you'd still have 40m left over.
