January 13, 200719 yr i've read every single word in this guide and it inspired me to do some farming. now i got 48 farming in lesss then 5 days. Some things tho: - You said we don't have to use water cuz you'll explain later.. you didnt. - Tell us where to get farmer payments. My favourites are: ~~~Gnome Stronghold- they sell like 10 tomattoes, 10 apples, 10 bananas and otehr stuff. ~~~Reciepy for desaster chest they sell up to 50 apples and tomaotes, very suefull. Can't remember what else i got. Oh and i bought 100 apples, 100 acons, 50 bananas, 25 curries and 10 wilows for 250k! i got super lucky, enough for 60 farm
January 15, 200719 yr If you're emptying sand buckets- dont! I'll trade empty buckets for those please! :)
January 15, 200719 yr very helpful guide especially the final stage of farming part i didnt know about the trick with the watermelon and the super compost thing, thanks for this :) and i didnt know watermelons were such great exp! Click here to see my blog.
January 15, 200719 yr Decent guide but maybe a bit complicated for new players. I AM SURELY GOING TO WIN THE AWARD OF THE MOST LOVED TIP.IT'ER EVER, SURELY?
January 15, 200719 yr good guide, i didnt really learn that much but it was pretty good nonetheless. 2 things that I think that you could add: 1) Using miscellania (I know someone else mentioned it) to get nests. Very handy indeed. This is the way that I tend to do my farming - just through herb seeds and nests. Watermelon seeds I find are pretty hard to get hold of. 2) The new patch in My Arm's Big Adventure is really good. You never lose seeds to disease, but you still need to use super compost to get a good yield (I got 3 cades recently from that patch and was not too pleased) other than that - decent thread. 8/10 Best Barrows Chest: guth skirt, dh helm, dh axe, racks, gp (23/08/06); best tt reward: robin, guthix helm, guthix legs, nats, rune legs
January 17, 200719 yr nice guide i went from 20 to 27 farming in one day and have all the tree patches fruit tree patches and allotments and herb patches filled with plants ready to pick buy tomarow witch should get me 29 or 30 farming I dont have a sig anymore =[But I did manage to get every skill in the highscores
January 17, 200719 yr If you use regular compost 1st, you can use super as well. Double composting IS the only way to go.
January 18, 200719 yr Author Double composting? I never heard of it, plus I would think that the better compost's attributes would just be applied, not a combination of both... Sorta like putting on a layer of SPF 15 and a layer of SPF 30 sunblock... you get SPF 30 protection... know what I mean?
January 18, 200719 yr Never knew farming was easy instead hard.. 10/10 1150+ total, 151 questpoints and 76 combat.. is it good? Plz pm me for your thoughts.Join the campaign for more F2P Bank space!
January 23, 200719 yr Great guide, but how about the lunar magicks? With the supercompost spell and the teleports near the farming patches that magick set is designed to farm. Try it once. Click here for my guide on how to solo the D Kings
January 23, 200719 yr Thanks for the guide! I need to get my farming up for Fairy Tale 2 but I wasn't sure where to start, so thanks :) My sig is too big :(
January 23, 200719 yr Maybe I should consider training my potato-worshipping level to 70... :-k Nice guide anyways! \ RetiredEx-E174Ex-Venqeance[Ex-Tha Familia3]

January 30, 200719 yr Author :) Glad its helpful :) P.S. You're right I have never tried lunar magicks, so maybe when/if I ever do, I'll update some info :)
January 30, 200719 yr My way to make super compost is this. Tele to castlwars, wear boots of lightness and all -kg gear. Run over to ogres with a rope and swing to island, collect janga berrys, tele cwars, repeat. ~Caw
February 7, 200719 yr Great guide. I love to farm. I think it is seriously one of my most enjoyable skills, yet it's sooo time consuming. Hopefully this will help me crack down on time. \
