Finding a whip on the ground 5 months after slayer. 2nd month of members.

yesterday...a friend wanted me to try and chinchompas....i had guthans on...i went into skeletal mages in piscatoris and ended up leaving with 12hp :ohnoes: :ohnoes: :ohnoes:

First KQ trip. -.-

4. Getting the qp Cape

I was doing a Lvl 3 Clue and my next destination was at Gu'Tannoth and at the time I hadn't done Watchtower, decided to start it and get to where my clue was, it was a sara mage. I was about to die and then I killed it, 35hp left, I thought I was going to get something terrible, but I got a Robin hood hat and sold it for 3.8Mil \

Whenever I'm pking, and a white dot appears on the minimap.

My first Barrows drop . Even thinking of my setup makes me shiver, not to mention my awful stats back then. And yet with that setup I made over 5m there.

staking santa at level 74 when i only had a 30mil bankworth :P

Me and my friend killing a Greater Demon when we were only lvl 55 and the only spot were Greaters are found in F2P are right at the edge of the wildy.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I started ranging it, from behind the broken wall of the house, and my friend said "Are you mad", tehn he started joining in, then we started to melee it, when I was in steel and bronze armour.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We won though.

When I finished the long quest of Legends. When I was Ftp, I always stare in awe when some member guy walks out showing his omgawd white cape, white gloves and white boots. It was a glorious moment when i completed :pray: . Oh and during my first drop parties in Runescape Classic, when black armour and amulets are considered rare and expensive, I saw the defence amulet lying on the edge of fally park...but I was dumb on controls those days and got stuck domehow between a fence and the bench #-o . The expensive item was just lying 3 squares away.

I was doing a spot of herblore in the Edgeville bank.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Suddenly, on the next teller, a whole load of items suddenly spawned (I assume someone had died from poison or some such thing).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Upon right clicking I immediately noticed it was an incredible wealth of items, one of which, was a santa hat!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I quickly scrambled over along with about everyone else in the bank.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

My excitement was suddenly dashed as I quickly realised that I'd just missed it despite definately having clicked on it :(

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So, incredible excitement, swiftly followed by crushing disapointment.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

p.s. I did get over 500 rune arrows which were also dropped lol.

Guth spear at barrows - i was going crazy!!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Reaching Jad in the fight caves although i didnt manage to kill him i was so thrilled i was literally shaking

when i first started and some guys dropped 15k and a rune bar and i picked them up.

Getting 100 combat.

A PK'er wanted me to fight them in the Edge-Abyss area, but I refused to skull on them. After cursing at me several times, she finally attacked me. I attacked back and beat her up, so she started running east to the multi area (she thought she was being clever, I figured she had friends waiting there). Luckily, my friend was with me so I figured I'd be safe. When me and my friend start attacking her in multi, a famous PK'er showed up and teamed with her against me and my friend. I managed to survive the whip and dds specs from both of them as my friend and I KO'd the famous PK'er with a snapshot and ice barrage :D After seeing her friend die, the girl I was originally fighting teleported. Go figure :P

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Getting my fire cape on my two accounts were my other most exciting moments, though I enjoy posting my story :)

When I got a d chain drop from a dust devil. At the time it was just being whispered about and more people believed that they didn't drop them then people that did. I sold it for 32m and unfortunately forgot to take a screenshot so nobody believed me :x .

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

When I saw it on the floor I almost passed out :XD:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

That chain helped me get 85 slayer, and the rest is history.

My first kq trip, queen was near the chamber entrance, things got hairy. :P

1. The time I went to the abby's and got 3 whips in a row. :

 

 

 

2. My first dragon drop a half shield.

 

 

 

3. My 126 C.B. finally reached was a big highlight for me.

 

 

 

4. My 99 prayer and achievement cape.

 

 

 

5. Meeting the Queen and the Kings the first time was pretty :ohnoes:

Well, as I see many people are posting about when the accomplished my goals, I thought I would too. Legends . The feeling I got when it was all over was amazing, I was more excited about it being over than the guild.

I was doing a troll slayer assignment and I realized that I was bored fighting the level 69 mountain trolls. I'd heard that Troll Generals had decent drops and I wanted some more fun, so I went into the mountain and meleed one, not knowing that they could hit high 30's-low 40's. I had meleed Goraks without a problem, which are a higher level than Troll Generals, and I figured that a level 113 would be a piece of cake. I was wearing a black mask, rune defender, ring of wealth, glory, whip, rune plate and legs, rune boots, and an obby cape. I got smacked a 31 and started to eat, but I couldn't keep up with the damage (I'd only brought swordies) and forgot to click my ectophial or turn on protect from melee. Needless to say, I died and respawned in Falador. Blood pumping, I ran to the bank and got runes to tele to Trollheim and a glory ammy, making it back to the General's lair in time to pick up my obby cape... and watch the rest of my death pile disappear. Luckily, I kept my whip. Unfortunately, I lost about 1 mil in other items. I killed the stupid Troll General with protect from melee on (I'd almost finished killing it before), picked up the coins and bones that he dropped, and teled out with the glory that I'd grabbed from the bank, cursing my luck.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The lesson: Never melee Troll Generals without prayer or a hally. :(
