Maybe switch the ears so the pink was in top and white in bottom but it's barely noticeable. I know i've said alot of your others seem crowded at times, but this one seems empty. :? But its still nice. I don't really like some of the shading (the outstretched arm, is one example), it kinda seems like you used a gradient as an easy way out. I also don't like the big river, it looks a bit overdone. There's another one on that range probably getting into the queue then i can insert you if you don't mind waiting that long (unfortunately i can't realy make more than 1 sig a week this period).
