this may sound corny, but I like Guthix's book just because of how beautiful the sayings are, especially the last rights. Died just to bring balance to the world? how beautiful is that! better than "see u in lumby, LOL"

i picked zammy back in the day when ahrims, FULL ZAMMY BOOK, mage boots, and ancient staff was still the best mage bonus.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

that's when i had a lot of money and spent about 2 or 3 million gp on ice burst runes at c wars :D

sara because it was white and i love the def stats, but now there is rune defender so my book is full of dust

zammorak , it was before defenders so it was the best attack bonus on your shield spot back then

i have zammy and sara, zammy because it was best attack bonus offering shield when i bought it, and sara just for look :XD:

I initially picked Zammy, but now have all three :)

I have all of them completed but my first one was the unholy book because it looked the best.

Sara because i thought it would look amazing with my Black D'hide which i was working towards. I didn't fill that book until quite recently. Now i want a full collection of filled books :) I will probably go for Zamorak next, i will make the money runecrafting before i buy into it though.

I picked the Saradomin book because I think it looks the coolest and Saradomin is just my preferable god. But don't worry too much about choosing because once you complete a book, you can go buy another one for 4k.

 

 

 

Not to be much of a stickler but the new books cost 5k per book.

The way I see it, you'll only be wearing it if you want the prayer bonus. And if you have the prayer bonus, you're almost certainly going to be using a protection prayer. So defense doesn't matter, and you want to maximize offence. Zammy maximizes your offense with a prayer book.

use sara mostly, guthix the least. Mostly just to match whatever outfit I feel like wearing that day.

I chose Zammy for Barrows when I was a low level needing those bonuses.

zammy, the att+ is realy good and your going to be useing pray anyway :P

I got them all, but I picked zammy cause he was my favorite :D

I chose sara cus white is is hawt and +8 def helps more than +8 attack, in my opinion.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

But go with the advice two posts above me, get a defender. They out-own all the books.
