I haven't noticed that. Check your hardware and update your Vista, maybe?

On the tech support forums it seems to be a problem with everyone with a particular failure for vista, everyone updated, redid graphic card drivers and nothing.Im running this with a pretty new 8800GTso i should be having any probelms when i can run TF2 on all max and warhammer on max settings.

Just did my first dungeon which was Deadmines. Great fun, real sense of teamwork to it, got 3 blue items, a cloak and 2 macs so happy enough :

 

 

 

Going to do another run later on. Edit - Did 2nd run, got 2 more blue items but wiped in Goblin Foundry after some unlucky pulling. Forgot names of them, it's a ring that give +7 intellect and a shield with some pretty good stats. I'm just about to hit 20 so I'm happy with how my character is going.

I'm thinking of doing the Loremaster achievement at the moment and do the rest later, but I have no idea. Maybe just do them in order? Starting with general and moving forward to the ones that are possible and skipping the ones that aren't (Like Heroic raid for WotLK that's just insane, now seriously, who *COUGH* NIHILUM *COUGH* is going to get that?).

heroic raids wont mean they are imposible... just means heroic is 25man - its basicly the difference between kara and lets say SSC and zul aman and TK

 

 

 

all u gta do is gear up normal 10 man until u have 25 people or more geared up then go for heroic version

 

then once ur geared up 25 u go to the next 10 then to the heroic version

 

 

 

10 - 25 > 10 - 25 > 10 - 25 etc...

 

i personaly feel achievements are a chore to do and get you nothing except a mount or a title... (yay)

Until Ret pallys get nurfed, they are byfar the best pvp class right now. Locks are getting nurfed yes, but catch a rogue out of stealth and he's an easy target...if you know what youre doing.

I do like the new arcane tree, not for PvP, but it is still awesome in PvE (though DPS is fairly low compared to other trees), I liked:

 

 

 

-97 Resist to all schools (Magic absorption + the talent that increases resisitances by Mage armour): This one owns, I went to a few places that hit fairly high on magic, I had once got a Netherbreath off Netherspite and saw stuff like "Netherbreath hits for 2k something (2k ish resisted), and MurMur's Sonicboom (H SLabs) hitted me for 4k out of 7.5k.

 

- Arcane Meditation + Mage Armour glyph: 200mp5 anyone?

 

- Slow + ABr kite: Makes a lot of elites soloable compared to r1 FB kiting pre 3.0

 

- Instant Invis: Saves quite a lot of gold repairing when it saves you where you could have otherwise died for some reasons. Also a useful tool to assist in wipe recovery.

 

 

 

 

Don't even bother attempting to max out your gear right now. You have less then two weeks till WotLK, and most gear will probably be replaced at 80. And as Nadril said, they are making it so you can do all raids in 10 or 25 man (and i am pretty sure there is no gear difference between the two), so you will be able to do the 10 mans.

 

Well TBC gear will still help you in levelling, so they are not entirely useless, I think T5+ gear should be able to last you till 75+ or later before it gets replaced by greens/blues at that level. 25 man raids give "significantly" better loot than 10 man raids in WotLK btw.

Its worth getting trinkets, rings and necklaces more than anything else, if it is like BC those will last you into the first couple of raids.

You definately misunderstood me and that's my mistake, I mean the Heroic: Glory of the Raider achievement. A quote from a few people on it:

Hardest faction? psh! In this one you have to get 10k kills just to reach neutral status, and the NPC's you kill dont even drop loot!

Closing in on 4k gold and as of posting this im heading to netherwing ledge in the hope that tehy have fixed the freeze bug with the patch.

 

Anyway did the alterac valley BG daily and its the first time ive done pvp at 70 as a druid and first time ive ever done AV as a druid and all i can say is that im so [bleep]ing sick of retribution paladins in pvp.This is ironic coming from a druid but the no effort insta gib gameplay of how they can stunlock you and before you can react pressing [cabbage]-W for pvp trinket youre dead...I counted 8 times being gibbed by S2 geared retribution paladins camping the field of strife and killing me before i can unmount etc.I even saw one of them RNG stun a 70 orc brutal gladiator warrior who has a passive stun resistance? By no means are they overpowered but it makes me rage when i see them mounting on there black tiger chasing me down and i know my death is imminent. They have weaknesses you can exploit but you need to get the drop on them and treat them like a holy paladin because you cant out mana them .I dueled a G member on my gnome warrior and i managed to beat him because i was specced prot. (and speaking of prot, it is incredible)

 

 

 

Also rare site to see horde out-zerging allaince and reaching vandars room with all the towers capped and a Ret paladin in brutals and the title to show he knows his salt managed to wipe about 22 who were all on vandar and just as we target switched he bubbles and we didnt have a priest who had the sense to use mass dispel :shame:

All the AddOns from WowAce.com got transfered to Curse.com because the WoWAceUpdater got shutdown. WoWInterface is still up and running too. AddOns are getting far easier now so you shouldn't have to worry!

 

 

 

I'm still configuring Parrot after I think 2 weeks of having it, but it is an amazingly customisable AddOn and it's really lightweight! SCT kept disconnecting me. :(

 

 

 

I got The Hallowed title too which I should have had since the first day of it's release (Stupid mask achievement). I just need to get Friendly with Ogri'la for the winter achievements now.

 

 

 

My long-term plan is to get the Violet Proto-Drake (I think it's uber sexleg) from completing all the festive awards. However, it will definately be two years because of the Brew of the Month achievement. So I'm doing as many as I can then setting myself a to-do list so I can get the remaining ones on the second year whilst doing Brew of the Month! Plus I get loads of fancy titles, especially my 'Flame-Keeper' title (MAGE YEAH WOOT).

 

 

 

7 days! And the day it comes out I have a half day of school and it's a Thursday, and the next day is field day which I turn up for 2 hours and go home! Meaning I have most of Friday and all of Thursday evening (No HW) then on Saturday I'm waking up early to do all my HW for the week and then I can get onto WotLK! I plan to be 80 by the new year at least :P

Actually it's over 90,000 (ninety thousand), and yeah, I have a hit like that too. Idk why it says that... Maybe they counted the hits from bombing run quests when you hit like 20k+ each time?
