You should come rc in world 12 sometime, it's without a doubt the best rc world, I've only been attacked a few times there. If an rc pker shows up, he usually just gets owned by a regular pker.

I am always looking for good worlds to runecraft in. If all my other "Runecrafting Worlds" are taken, then I'll try out that world. I have about three official worlds that I craft in. After those worlds, I just randomly pick places.
