Most memoriable video game scenes

Featured Replies

So in which games do you find there to be a very memorable scene? This could be anything from an epic scene, a sad scene, a love scene, or just a downright cool scene!

Perhaps the most memorable scene for me is in FFVI when celes is in the opera. Just in case any of you have never seen it, i found it on youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hgZXiHfNt0M

Just a very nice scene in total (Even if it is totally irrelevant to the whole story line of the game)

agreed =P~ .

The dark side ending was amazing, hehehe.

There are a ton of scenes in chrono trigger I love. Like when they first find out about lavos or Robo gets beat up by other robots like him.

the very end sequence of quake 2 - it may have only been about 30 seconds of video.. but imho, it was one of the best endings ever

Definetly the Love Scene in "The Curse of Monkey Island" when Elaine turns into a gold statue, man I love it. :D

Memorable, what comes to mind for me is most touching

- Sniper Wolf's death from MGS1 (I swear I was on the verge of tears here)

- Grey Fox's death from MGS1

- The final scene in MGS3

The Hind battle in MGS1 and Harrier battle in MGS2 are both similar and spectacular

Er for me most likely ocarina of time where you meet the guy gandalf or whatever his name is. i still remeber that =D

I'm going with the cross-dressing scene in VII. So many fanfics and art has popped up for it. NOBODY can forget it. Oh! And in X-2 when they discuss their bewbies.

For a die-hard PC gamer - the Sephiroth-Aeris incident in FF7.

I want to laugh at you for mixing the names up but I've done that once too. :(

One of my best memories of my favorite scenes was in Oot too, at the end of the game. I just remember brief images, but for some reason that final boss battle stuck with me. I think memories are created in video games whenever we have any emotional reaction - a surprise in a storyline, a sense of achievement passed hours of frustration, a really fun time, etc. That's what most of my vg memories are associated with.

Where Sephiroth kills Aeris and Cloud arrives just too late. Its in the scene where Aeris is praying for the Holy

For me it would be the Macalania Spring scene in FFX.
