March 4, 200719 yr You know what's kind of funny. At the shop I work, we still get people every day asking if we can reserve a Wii for them. And last week, we've got twelve guaranteeed pre-order boxes you can buy (ÃÆââââ¬Ã¡Ãâì70,-- and then you need to pay ÃÆââââ¬Ã¡Ãâì530,-- for your PS3 instead of ÃÆââââ¬Ã¡Ãâì600). And we've still haven't sold any of them. And that while I get a lot of hardcore gamers over every day. This has been said a lot of times, Blue. The Wii isn't directed at a younger audience. It's games are fun, and they are for all ages. So far, the number of older gamers coming for a Wii has been higher than younger gamers in my shops. Besides what are you really going to do when you've got a handfull of friends over? Play some Assasin's Creed, or are you going for Wario Ware? It all depends on what people want to play. Some of my friends are like GET THE WII OUT,others are like ZOMG WHERES THE PS3. I think that the only game aimed towards the Wii is sports, and they tried to aim it towards zelda but its still extremely childish. Any game that has a little animal giggling every minute is childish in my opinion Your opinion is cool, but where are the talking animals in either of those games??? :-k If you are talking bout Midna, she isn't an animal, and if you talk of Epona, she doesn't talk (Well, if you turn into a Wolf...)...But the Wii itself has so much potiential, that playing a James Bond game, for example, would make it so fun because pointing a gun around makes it realistic, not only that, but it's multiplayer, so playing James Bond with your friends would be awesome with that game. Also I love shooter games like in the arcade. I just wish the wii came out with a gun attachment. I don't like games that are hd that include humans. They always look so plasticy. They are trying to make it realistic through visuals. It's just a different approach.

All I saw were games that were either about shooting, racing (if you don't count this as sport of course) and sports, oh and a singstar. I don't know what you count as diversity...But of course that's only the beginning. :) I bet there will come some diversity in the end. Games directed towards younger audiences are games from children movies like llittle feet or cars, harry potter.

No wonder you're a mean forum troll if your parents made you play games revolving around killing satanist monsters using weapons, also depicting evil things like magic and the walking dead, when you were a kid. Just cause a game doesn't involve guns doesn't make it a kids game. I'm 21 and enjoy Super Mario World as much as when I was 10. Or mario Party for that matter, which I play with my girlfriend among others before some degrading comment about homosexuals is coming.
