March 8, 200719 yr I don't know if you get good xp from barraging in the abyss. You only get 1 xp per hit with ranged/melee. (I wanted to chinchompa there. :( )

March 8, 200719 yr attempting max hit with ice barrage (hit 235/270) i got 5k exp from a cast in combat ring with alot of people someone's house party or something, i just showed up max is way over 270 since you hit everything in the 3x3 grid Kaizoku

March 8, 200719 yr Barrage only hits one person per square though, doesn't it? Or else you could theoretically get 94-99 mage in a few casts (1999 people standing in the 9 squares) and I know that doesn't work. lulz @ rs
March 8, 200719 yr nope, it hits every one in the squares, as long as there is nothing special (non wild, castle wars, etc). so theoreticly, if you hit a 30 on every other person in the world, you would get 79,760 xp. good, if you have 1999 friends.

March 8, 200719 yr Guys, I don't know how many times I've mentioned it, but you can't hit more than 9 people with a barrage/burst. It says so very clearly in the KB, and even outside that, from experience.

Yes, there has already been a thread about this trying to get mass amounts of people around to do mass barrage fests. We have established that it can only be done on 9 targets. Sorry.
