Barihawk
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jVd-Sqc7hMw The video is in French, because that is the only country where the trailer has been released. Don't go saying that they ruined James Bond because it's serious...this is a straight adaptation of the real 007 novels by Ian Fleming. Frankly, I am going to count down the days until this movie is here. REAL JAMES BOND FTW!!! My heart is broken by the terrible loss I have sustained in my old friends and companions and my poor soldiers. Believe me, nothing except a battle lost can be half so melancholy as a battle won. -Sir Arthur Wellesley
Scruffy5389
Probably should be in movies/music board  I'm actually not sure about this trailer. Ever since I heard that they had selected a less well-known actor for the role, I've been thinking that maybe this one will be really well done, but I thought they were going to dye his hair :? . And that's a pretty sketchy face he's making at the very end there. He doesn't seem to fit the role of Bond in this trailer. Other than that, looks good. I'm definitely going to see it. Hopefully it won't be a flop. EDIT: Ooh, everybody notice those parcour scenes? Looks pretty sweet. 8)
Barihawk
Actually, he fits the profile look of James Bond perfectly. As I said, this goes back to the Fleming tradition of 007, not the campy Hollywood junk that they've been making since Roger Moore took over. imhomer
Bond is Bond, I'll watch it even though the most recent movies have ben horrible. (Die Another Day, Goldeneye) Personally I love the old bonds, though the Roger Moore ones weren't that bad except for the wierd one with the tarot cards(I forgot the name). Ok I lied, Moonraker was pretty bad too.

Arcticrunite
I myself am boycotting the movie. Bond was not meant to blonde. British, yes. Blonde, NO! BLONDE BOND IS NOT A BOND! Daniel Craig should have NEVER been casted for Bond. NEVER! He's the worst choice for a Bond since George Lazenby (Mind you he only lasted one movie afaicr). But I just dont like Craig as Bond, I dont think its a good fit. *shrug* who knows if its good, I might watch it only because I love the Bond movies, but I dont know. Mr_Putter
FRENCH BOND IS NOT A BOND. ... ... Anyway. I thought it was gonna be B/W. That would be sick (good!). It was looking awesome, then they settled for that lowsy, new-fangled, " Technicolor". It'll never last :|
Barihawk
What's wrong with a blonde? The James Bond in the Ian Fleming novels was blonde. And he isn't French, the language is French because that's where the trailer was released. ____
It was more after Roger Moore that they lost the more traditional Bond. I won't complain about the appearance though. More so some of the plots... I'm not too sure on Daniel Craig though. I would've thought they could get someone with abit more experience with that kind of role. But I guess (from the trailer) he picked it up quite well. I'll eagerly be awaiting more, but i'm not holding high standards. This could still blow up in the faces of those making this film :-?
apinagez
Blonde or not, what matters bondwise is how bad the last movies were. Now he just kicks everyone and shoots everyone. Before he used to be smarter and less Chucknorrish. The movies were more intelligent. The last reasonable bond movie was Tomorrow never dies, in my opinion. But nothing beats Sean Connery 007s, unfortunately... ^The most disturbing signature on Tip.it^Last.fm|HELLY KAYLA!|Oh the mehagurtz!|#Siencemakers"they care less about their spelling mistakes then I." - Lionheart"apinagez... let me
Bubsa
The fact that Daniel Craig is Bond won't ruin the franchise. It's the fact that the last couple of outings for Bond have been complete and utter tripe. About as bad as Madonna's soundtrack for "Die Another Day", and holy smeg-grenade...that's bad. Bond's been resurrected from Hollywood's humdrums before with Brosnan; I doubt they'll manage it again. This is how much you all raised for charity. Thank you. Pete_the_Viscous
I didn't like the "James Bond meets his match in the woman" aspect I felt from the last few films. If that happens every time, then it's more a case of James Bond, the pushover to women -- with a license to come off worse in any given situation so as not to appear sexist. OK, so that's exaggeration, but still. Having not read the Ian Fleming novels, I can't really give an oppinion on this. deviantart account

Mercifull
James Bond will likely be a 12 or 15 at the very most. Just cus Eva Green has ahem... showed off her assets in the past, doesnt mean she will in this film. Mercifull <3 Suzi "We don't want players to be able to buy their way to success in RuneScape. Rumours said she's going to be the first frontal nude in the Bond series. So, why not? But now that I search for things I can't find much. I even see: So Bond's typically PG-sex scenes are probably not going to prove a stretch either... But she didn't really answer that. Meh, you're probably right, stupid gossip.
