Location:

Use a Games necklace for a fast teleport there, which will come in handy in the chance that you die.

 

Inventory and Setup

Firstly, you should NOT bring any familiar, as it can heal the Corp beast!

The beast is weak to stab attacks, so that is why we suggest using a Zamorakian Spear for melee and using the stab attack style.

The only requirement for this event is completion of Summer's end.

 

 

Melee

 

Here's a few examples of melee inventories you can use at the Corp Beast:

Flasks can be exchanged for normal potions, and vice-versa.

Darklight special can reduce the defence of the Corp Beast, which is very handy indeed! If you have one, you may exchange Darklight for a [item=7107]. BGS's spec can also reduce the defence of the Beast.

 

Here's is a melee set-up that may be used:

[set=aura:11450,head:6698,cape:10597,neck:4309,quiver:5430,weapon:7095,body:2851,shield:id,legs:2852,gloves:11795,boots:7070,ring:12044]

You may use Black d'hide instead of Karil's, if you wish, and you may also want to consider using Ganodermic armour or perhaps even Virtus.

You can also use [item=4675] instead of Goliath gloves, or any RFD reward gloves.

You may also use any ring you wish, although Tokkul-zo has nice stats and is easier to replace if lost.

You should use the Zamorakian spear on 'Stab' to help pierce the defence of the Corp beast.

 

 

Range

You may also wish to range the Corp Beast:

Again, you may exchange the Karil armour for Black d'hide, or even upgrade to Armadyl or Pernix.

You may use a fury, or a glory for the amulet if you wish.

The first ever TMHT corp event got near to 100 people turning up. We will most likely split into 2 or more worlds, depends on number of cohosts.

Usually the masses are filled, and when it comes to corping, there are even more than show up, all hoping for the lovely sigil drops!

 

And yes you may bring dreadnips if you like, I may be bringing them myself!

I always wanted to try Corporeal Beast, and the time set is perfect for me. Do I still have to bring emerald bolts(e) since it's likely most of TMHT will stun the core anyway?

Yeah, there should be a great turn out because of the timing of it! And we'll try to keep the corp distracted, best option for it is when it lands beside you, just run a square away from it and it should move on.

Yes, although we can't be sure everyone that attends will be so kind. I guess if someone is killed and can't get back in time for whatever reason, attempt to grab their items to give them back when they eventually do return.

I may or may not be at this event, but I wanted to say that with the beginning of Daylight Saving Time, the timer will be late by 1 hour, so don't rely on it over the posted times.

I've done a bunch of massing before at corp and I usualy use a unicorn for healing beacause it allows me to stay without banking for a lot longer. And its rare that he eats the summon. Was wondering if you would not mind if i brought one and if it died often it would stop but I think it would be better to bring one.

Bring a pouch in your inventory for one, I'll decide once I see the turn out for the event! :)

 

And I'm not too good with other time-zones so I just assumed they were the times! Oh dear :unsure: I'll take a look at the times for other timezones other than GMT whenever I can work them out :shades:
