First up this week was 89 Dungeoneering, hopefully the first of many Dungeoneering levels thanks to the solo rebalance: (Though I have no idea how it'll work out with EoC now out) Not that I've made any Overloads at all yet, I now can! I got 10,000 Fellstalk potions (unf) for 1M after BXP weekend (Saving around 10M at the time) and decided to used them all up. Still have enough for a little bit into 97, too. In my last entry I said I would attempt to kill nomad and get the fire cape. The goal was to do it before EoC, as I've heard both task are easier there. Now, I don't wanna be like those cry baby vet who are like "Your cape is invalid because [insert poorly supported reason here]" but having been closse to the cape twice before, I feel I should really be able to do it! Plus I want the experience of taking on nomad for myself the way everyone else has for a while. Good news is, I killed nomad! B
Ill just begin with my only interaction with rs today being my log in for my daily skills and a farming run. The rest of my free time went to Black Ops II, namely zombies. And let me say, woah. Totally better than the original zombies (which were epic to start with), The new stories should be interesting. Finally finished off a long-term goal this past week, 99 Construction! The only reason it took so long was that I took my time playing Stealing Creation and didn't really put a lot of effort in. By the end, I saved around 6,000 planks (Through avatar buffs, lamps and Dungeoneering stuff), which was a nice little bit of cash back. I got it at the same time my girlfriend got 99 Cooking. Increase in solo dg xp and tokens? Yes please. Ive always disliked dg because i didnt like the people, but solo xp was too slow. Now its still kinda slow, but much more manageable. So yea, thats what Ive done all day just clearing those dungeons. Gained 4 dg levels, and got a decent amount of tokens.
