1. Mini-games: Castle Wars Dungeons: GWD PvP Worlds: Lumbridge area Boss Monsters: Corporal Beast Areas: Wilderness
2. Probably in the next Grandmaster quest? I'd love to see that!
3. I never use Prayer when trainning, not unless there's an altar right next to me all the time (which is unlikely :P)
4. If you're talking about stat look-up it's because you got the level-up without logging out. These programs rely on the RuneScape Hiscores to give you stats, and in order for the Hiscores to update your stats you need to log out after getting the level-up. Hope that helps. ;)
5. It might be safe, but that's not a 100% guarantee. Otherwise, why would have Jagex tried to make it illegal? This goes for anything of the sort (Tiko for example). Unless it's an official affiliate of Jagex (like Miniclip, unfortunately) I advise you to stick to playing via RuneScape.com If you're yearning for calculators and stat look-up to be on the same page as the game so much why not download an add-on like Tip.It's Microhelper? It's perfectly legal, as an official response from Jagex said it was allowed. :)
6. Don't blame yourself, we were all like that when we first started using online forums. ;) I suggest you go look around in your User Control Panel, maybe one of your forum options isn't properly set? If you're still confused, copy/paste your sig here with
sig here
tags so we can see what the problem is. :)
7. Because Demonoid is invite only. I don't think you will have much luck in getting in, nobody is likely to let a stranger borrow their account. Not to mention to be able to get on Demonoid (apart getting an invite) you need to know enough about torrents and how they work. Most torrent downloads (e.g music and movies) are illegal alright, unfortunately some trackers are secure enough. :|
8. User Control Panel -> Profile -> Edit Signature Your signature must be within the Tip.It forum limits, which are 400x275 and 100mb. You can have as many images as you want as log as their total is within the limits. A few lines of text is also allowed. If you mean a Tip.It stat signature then copy the link you get when you finish it at add the following: Although you usually get a link with the tags already included. Let us know if you have any more problems, and welcome to the Tip.It forums! :)
9. You claim to have a lvl 121 with 99s after only 2 months of gameplay? That's kind of hard to believe... (unless you skipped bathroom breaks and haven't had any social interactions during that time) Yeah, "permanently" banned means for life. My alt was given 9 black marks (for no reason) over a year ago, and even after Summoning came out nothing changed. So don't get your hopes up too much, it's a long shot. :|
10. It does, for me anyway. Just be patient, carefully scroll through the list of names. Sometimes you miss your target's username and sometimes you just clicked in the wrong place. Switch Public Chat to Friends and it will become much easier.
11. A lot of people are saying it's still a noob quest even after the Grandmaster quest? Pfff, what do you mean it doesn't require any skill? I doubt even the unbuyable and slow skills like Fishing or Mining are more challenging. Click and wait for the resource, oh yeah that's really more respect worthy than a cape that requires you train several skills for requirements and use your brain for puzzles and such (even with a guide you still need to think sometimes). It was debatable before, but now there is no reason why the Quest Cape is nooby. At least with quests it's not point-and-click all the way.
12. They hit surprisingly often when wearing full rune, I remember when I was trainning for 70 Def and I still had to take some food with me.
13. Poison Chalice! It's for those who like to live on the edge! :P It can either heal you or deal up to 49 damage, totally unpredictable!
14. Spiders are too strong for his Defence level, he'd need to keep going back for food too often to get any proper trainning done. Take Nicrune's advice and go with Flesh Crawlers. If you find them to be hitting too often (most likely you won't though) stick to Varrock Guards until you have 60+ Defence.
15. Most of the ones I've read were no help at all, some of them were even aimed at tricking people into loosing their money so the guide writer could make a profit themselves. (price manipulation) It's better if you do all the research yourself. Watch the Grand Exchange database and invest in what you find to be the best thing to invest in. Even if you find a good investment guide others will read it too, and it won't be long before the prices are way different and you'll be back at square 1.
16. My advice to you is to pay attention when about to log in. You get a message if you're logging into a PvP world so you should try to be more careful. The best way to defend yourself is by raising Defence (obviously). If you care about not getting killed easily the most then I suggest you become a tanker. Also if you like to skill in PvP worlds always remember to bring some food. And never go out of a safezone if you have something in your inventory that you're not willing to risk.
17. I'd go for the second build. If you're planning to PK in P2P it's better to have at least a Rune Pure/Zerker. I myself have always been fond of Barrows Pures, and am currently trying to modify the one I'm building to make it slightly better. Ever since the RWT updates many pures were converted into tankers so it's advised to have some Defence as well.
18. He's looking for the disguised turkeys, not the ones you can kill. The one "In a swamp behind a castle" can be found West of Lumbridge Swamp, a bit south of the encampment there.
19. It's on the west side of the river, near Fred the Farmer's sheep pen (just north of Lumbridge).
20. I think if they were intending to do something of the sort they'd have done it by now. Freeplay is where Jagex "harvests" its members from, and why would they want to damage their potential money source? The ads are more than enough to pay for F2P servers' maintenance, so they'd have no reason to do it. Also I think if the F2Pers wanted to get membership they would have gotten it, instead of waiting to be given an old tomato.
21. To get your skill levels on the RuneScape Hiscores they need to meet the following requirements: - Your skill level must be at least level 30 - Your skill level (and the xp you have in that skill) must be in the top 2 million That shouldn't be too hard to accomplish. Good luck, and happy 'scaping! :)
22. RS membership cards as a gift? I can see it now: My love to you is worth 7$ in pocket change Yeah, that's a great way to make someone feel special!
23. I say it's worth the 2 seconds to get that 4.5xp if you have a low Prayer level (<43). With time it adds up and you'll find you have a decent Prayer level for your combat level without even going out of your way to buy/power-train some Prayer levels. After that just leave the normal bones on the ground, but it will always be worth those 2 seconds for anything Big Bones and up (15xp +). It might not seem like much even then, but with time it adds up to a lot, and it's not like you will always be making more money than the bones cost during that very short time it takes to click to bury them. (talking about higher xp bones)
24. PvP worlds are a terrible idea if you're in it for the money. In my clan's last PK trip I killed a Ranger in Barbarian Village - he had 99 Ranged (skillcape), nobody "helped" fight either of us and we both used up most of the food in our inventory before I finally killed him. Do you know what I got? A Strength Potion(1) :wall: Having more than 75k worth of items with you doesn't improve your chance of getting better loot. When you hit the 75k mark, your luck for loot stabilizes and won't improve not even by 1gp even if you were wearing full 3rd Age Melee or something. Jagex really needs to rework the loot system for PvP worlds, right now the only way to make a decent profit from PKing is through Bounty Hunter.
25. Unlikely, the area there is too narrow to be able to angle the camera without any other land being visible.
