  1. In my opinion, the more defense ya have, the better. Knock it up to Level 25 already! ~Mr. Devnull
  2. Banned for needing to be put into an anti-radiation suit... YOU'RE TOO RADIOACTIVE!!! :x ~Mr. Devnull
  3. Not really. Sometimes a guy needs to hide in women's clothing for a covert mission... Or for that matter, the other way around, girl hiding in man's clothes... ~Mr. Devnull
  4. Banned for thinking bronze is pwnage. IT AIN'T! :shame: :notalk: :boohoo:
  5. Well said. People shouldn't harass because they want to buy something. If a player wants to buy something, they should go to a bank and trade there, or go to a shop and buy from the npc located there. ~Mr. Devnull
  6. That's so honorless of you. :( There should be honor among bounty hunters! No killing of bounty hunters by other bounty hunters! :shame: I'd love to think anything goes on that one. That way, you get a good all-around fight. :) I'm gonna love to hear the event leader's idea on this!!! :-k ~Mr. Devnull
  7. Very nice answer! I'll just add that the official Jagex world map of Runescape will flash the locations of these places if you click the Key icon on the map. Hope this helps That was meant to say "Armor Store Locations within RuneScape F2P..." ... Dang, I typoed. #-o :boohoo: Good note on the official world map. :) ~Mr. Devnull
  8. That IS kinda creepy, UNLESS you need to disguise yourself. ~Mr. Devnull
  9. Armor store locations with RuneScape F2P: 1.) South Wall of Falador -- Chainbody shop... 2.) North Section of Falador -- Cassie's Shield Shop... 3.) Middle of Varrock -- Horvik's Armor Shop... 4.) Al-Kharid SouthEast -- Louie Legs' PlateLegs Shop... 5.) Al-Kharid SouthEast -- Female PlateSkirt Shop... 6.) Barbarian Village -- Peksa's Helmet Shop... 7.) Champions' Guild 2nd Floor, South of Varrock -- Two Armor Shops, you'll see them, as they will sell different things... And there is ALWAYS player-to-player trading. I hope my guide here helps. :) ~Mr. D. V. Devnull
  10. I forgot I do that too here and there. LOL, been there, done that. #-o  Done those, no longer do the 4th one, and you bring up a good point: The Grim Reaper. I wish Jagex would keep him around, even when it is not the holidays. ~Mr. Devnull
  11. Well said, Omegaham. BTW, the OoC is the "Order Of Cabbage". Chris, the reason I take this so seriously is BECAUSE I KNOW RUNESCAPE IS JUST A GAME! I want to enjoy myself on RuneScape, and be able to have fun competing if I so feel like it, not be harassed by a ton of beggars. A lot of people share my view, if you'd take notice. And BTW, the reason we are flaming mad at the OoC is because they are a bunch of other human people who just won't play the game right, and in essence, want to teach others not to play right either when they have their "Newbie Appreciation Day"... Those who were going to be beggars aren't being affected into starting by the OoC, but they ARE having their actions reinforced by the OoC. Sadly, this is when they start trailing the legit players who want to enjoy theirselves, as noted in my first paragraph after your quote, and that's where things add up and go horribly hellish, for lack of better description. I'll re-iterate one more time for your ears that seem to fail to listen: We who are upset at the OoC know they are humans, just like us, and we also can separate real life from a game, AND WE WANT TO BE ABLE TO ENJOY OURSELVES ON RUNESCAPE AND NOT BE HARASSED WHILE WE ARE PLAYING!!! 'NUFF SAID. Quit trying to help the beggars. Oh, and no [expletive deleted] thanks for the [expletive deleted] headache I don't [huge expletive deleted] need. :x ~Mr. D. V. Devnull (p.s.: Thank goodness I proofread during posting. And thank goodness I can separate real life from a game, just like those others who share my views.)
  12. Now you know why people that play RuneScape don't let their brothers to the keyboard. The brothers dont listen. Make sure you log out of your account from now on if you're leaving the keyboard, okay? BTW, I'm pro-"more bank space", so please don't consider this a flame. I just don't want you to end up with your brother messing you up again. : ~Mr. Devnull
  13. Alright, since we're bringing NON-RuneScape stuff into this, I shall add my NON-RuneScape list of things I do: 1.) Browse and post on Tip.It forums... 2.) Browse and post on other forums... 3.) Go to http://www.spinchat.com and chat with my buddies... 4.) Go to http://www.rasterwerks.com and play the "Phosphor 3D FPS Beta"... 5.) Go to http://www.maidmarian.com/Tank.htm and play "MaidMarian's Tank Ball"... 6.) Go to http://www.maidmarian.com/Sherwood.htm and play "MaidMarian's SherWood Dungeon"... 7.) Hop on MSN and chat with buddies... NO, you're NOT gonna get my Address, so DON'T ask! 8.) Go offline and do stuff or go to websites out of a random search or list of bookmarks... I'm just creepy that way. Excuse me while I fall on the floor now. Out...of...mental...air. *faints* :boohoo: ~Mr. D. V. Devnull
  14. Unless your friends list is completely and utterly full. :P ~Mr. Devnull
  15. Hello everyone, I think I finally figured out an idea that would stop most all autoing in the mining guild. Here it is: ADD a minimum combat requirement, but a hidden one. Place a bunch of "Highwaymen (Level 5)" down in the Mining Guild, so that if any Sub-"Level 11 Combat" autoers dared to try to come down there, they would die very fast. About 85% (my guess) if not more of all mining autoers are Sub-"Level 11 Combat", so if you place something in the way, you basically stop all of them. 8-) MORE COAL AND MITHRIL TO THE LEGITIMATE PLAYERS OF RUNESCAPE!!! ~Mr. D. V. Devnull
  16. Good idea, but I can go you one better: Put a world indicator number up by the map in the top right of the screen. :) ~Mr. Devnull
  17. My personal suggestion for when not trying to train or make cash is to find some of your buddies and go team up in one of the following 4 ways: 1.) Wildi Treasure Hunting... 2.) Wildi Monster Killing... 3.) Wildi PK-ing... (Only do if it won't affect you too badly to lose stuff  ...) 4.) Non-Wildi Monster Killing... (Your absolute 100% safe bet :) ...) That's about all the help I can give ya. ~Mr. D. V. Devnull
  18. I agree, you should make an event of this, Kickthat... =D> Maybe if I can get my stuff arranged, I might drop in too. ~Mr. Devnull
  19. I would concur with this person. Prayer Level 43 is a must, especially as an F2P, if you're looking to have a 100% survival rate any time soon. And high-level runecrafting helps very well with being a mage. :) ~Mr. D. V. Devnull
  20. That is something I can agree with. I've chosen a pass for my main RS account that is so incomprehensible by other people that my account is never worth trying to attack. Also, I'm only F2P, so there's nothing in there worth getting to. ... BTW, Fook-a-ji, you need to fix your thread title. I don't know who noticed it was misleading, I know I didn't report it, but I would fix it before something worse happens if I were you. :o :? ... ~Mr. Devnull
  21. This is good to re-iterate, seeing as it is about the best reasonable plan anyone can use, otherwise a good player would be teaching a beggar's mind the wrong thing. Now if only the OoC would realize this! :? ~Mr. Devnull
  22. Uhm, wouldn't that need a matching chat server to do something like that? :-s ~Mr. D. V. Devnull
  23. No he quit after he passed zezima as number one. N0valyfe got jumped by family and friends, from what I have heard. Nothing more about that needs to be said in this thread now. ~Mr. Devnull
  24. [hide=OBE]Here's a "hum-dinger" of a problem! :ohnoes: I have found two pair :uhh: of quest start points that need to be reversed on the F2P map: 1.) "Black Knight's Fortress" and "The Knight's Sword" need to be swapped with each other. The pins are not in the right place. :( 2.) "Goblin Diplomacy" and "Pirate's Treasure" have the same problem going on here. They need to be swapped with each other also. :( Any good F2P'er will tell you I am right because they have also done the quests and know the access points. ~Mr. D. V. Devnull[/hide]
