  1. Elf... don't quit. I'd never heard of your name before I heard of this fiasco, and you have to admit the way things folded out did make you look rather suspicious. The fact I acted here doesn't represent a loss of trust between me or anyone at Tip.It, would you rather I trust people blindly without even knowing them beforehand or be vigilant about rule-breakers? Seriously, everyone on here, including myself and Saru trust you. Don't quit, you're a great guy and I'm sorry if I jumped the gun a little!
  2. I never said I did what I did because of my Crew status. I did what I did as a member of the Tip.It community, because I saw a potential scam that enveloped itself within the Tip.It community. If you really feel I acted innappropriately, then report my conduct to the Admins. Allow them to make their minds up as to whether they think that ensuring fair play is conducted is a demotable offense. I never threatened anyone, and yes, it is part of my duty as a Tip.It Staff member to report any incident which breaks forum rules, as it should be IMO with all people who use the forums. I haven't abused my powers here, in fact I made it quite explicit I wasn't a moderator, and that I would refer it to someone who does have power over this if the misunderstanding persisted. I think you'll find I've done nothing wrong here.
  3. ^ He. It turns out Elf has returned the items. This pleases me, it's nice to know we can solve these misunderstandings like grown adults. : I'll withdraw my warning Elf. Thanks! :D
  4. EDIT: Irrelevant post. Thanks for all your cooperation! :
  5. It's funny that somebody puts down 14 year olds but then utters a moronic phrase like "religion of terrorism." For the record I'm 19 atm (20 on 8/22) so don't try to take the argument in that direction when/if you reply to this. its not moronic, its true. A name please? I don't know of one...
  6. Once again, congrats on all three of those capes, and the 1,900 total level! You're awesome!
  7. Have a free bump! A few people here at Rogues' Den are asking about your party, but they can't find the details. So, here they are!
  8. I Merch Ftw, I PMed you asking for those lobbies but I found a seller on the RSOF, so ignore it. I wanna steady source though, since I still need 20K more later, so can you give me a way of getting in contact instantly? If you wanna add my RSN, my Private Chat is on "Friends" and I've already added your RSN from the "Food" board on the RSOF, I promise I'll come to you first. :D
  9. May "quality" be the word that eludes you?
  10. There's going on a war that's fought because of other goals than are publicly said. You aren't there for democracy which you can't even follow yourself, according to many American professionals going to Iraq could cause a spread of WMD's and in 2003 at Azores Bush said that they'll go there no matter will Saddam leave or not. For an answer I am not going to waste 45mins because of you. You skip my questions same way as most animals ignore many commands. We've already discussed here what would be the best move now and you most likely would just ignore all the reasonable answers. ok then, take 5 minutes and tell me. im listening. Firstly, m4tty, I think 1_man_army really summed up your post. As for splatmster, did you actually understand a word of hohto's post? I'll sum it up for you in a couple of sentances. Hohto's basically saying that the situation in Iraq is incredibly complicated, involving a whole multitude of different races and parties, and as such doesn't have a simplistic analysis or solution such as the one you're suggesting splatmster, and certainly not one that can be pointed, explained and justified in five minutes. When you're ready for a debate, then I'm here, but if all you're gonna do is ignore the points we make out and accuse us for not supporting the war, then I really see no reason why me or hohto should bother trying to explain our views to you.
  11. Two points I'd like to expand on there. Firstly, that actually highlights a problem with the whole culture of cheating. The only reason it exists is because the majority of people would rather take the easy way to victory, than take the long path and relish the reward at the end. If Jagex are ever to solve this issue of macroing, they need to remove this culture first, or it's a hopeless cause and issue that will constantly pop-up as a low-level annoyance. The second is how that post highlights a problem with Western-culture. Look at History; who was it that built our railways for instance? In the UK, Islamic immigrants did while the typical white wealthy entrepreneur payed for them to come over here and live in shambolic conditions. In the modern day world, who is it that drives our buses? Works in our caf̮̩̉̉s? Eastern-European migrants if I'm not mistaken, in other words, anyone but us. Basically, what I'm saying is that it's far easier for white, teenageer in the Western World to just buy someone else's labour in the developing world, as has been the case for four centuries in our History. I would hope this would have ended by now in the modern world, but clearly such differences in wealth still exist. -.-

  14. It is in the multi-millions. I'd say 6million autoers out there. Gj jagex, we may hear about it tomorrow. =p There are about 7 million players, 1 million being paying members, are you saying nearly all f2p are autoers? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jagex I guess about 50% of all accounts that have been made during the years are only made to break rules (autoÃÆÃâÃâïng, hacking, trying or it is actually possible to get a ban, ...), 95% of those rulebreaking accounts are f2p. *I just guess, I'm absolutely not sure*. And yes, I think for every p2p autoÃÆÃâÃâër there are about 20 f2p autoÃÆÃâÃâërs. +- I hope it is a massban and if it is I hope they will also soon do it with woodcutting ;) about 8 juli I screened this: 13 Juli I screened this: http://img266.imageshack.us/img266/5281 ... uainj2.png Today (27 juli) I screened this: http://img266.imageshack.us/img266/5973 ... 001nh5.png You can buy a nice phat with everything they have woodcutted together  And now what?! They stopped :@ they don't gain any experience any more :( I got no idea what happened but they just let the accounts doing nothing :s... Are the accounts locked or they only got a ban for a little while, don't they have good software any more or !?!? Well if we're really gonna play the wikipedia game, then I'm ball! Let's bare in mind many people have two accounts, I'd say about 40% of Rs fits into this catagory. So that raises the bar to 7 million honest accounts. Which means at the VERY most, there are only 3 million macro accounts, not 6 million...
  15. Good luck, except I'm puzzled as to how you're gonna make profit from the longs, unless of course you're gonna craft the nats yourself. :-k That's a lot of goals. Just don't get bored with flethcing and drop out like I did. :
  16. Lol you noob! Although I'm no better, I swear I'm not gonna notice getting 99 cook! I'll be going to the party tonight. :)
  17. TBH it's a prolem with the Western World as a whole. I'm called sad for playing games, but you don't find me as a 35 year old queing up outside Waterstones for 50hrs prior to the release of a children's book, dressed up as a wizard.
  18. I don't know the situation in China all that well, but I'm guessing that would be like saying there must be an alternative to drug dealing or prostitution. Sometimes, there's just no opportunity.
  19. I know your point, and true rape yes those can ruin a person's life. I said that already. :P But I don't expect anybody to read all 9 pages before posting of course. My whole point against the person that I quoted was that statutory rape isn't really rape in the way rape is...because statutory both people want it, while real rape one person is being forced and it can ruin their lives. But you still understand that that 13 year old is no emotional position to make that judgement, since he's not developed maturely enough yet, don't you?
  20. I thought it was quite funny, it tickled me actually. If Jagex ban this (which inevitably they will for Rule 1 [begging]) it shows they have no sense of humour apart from Mod Ash.
  21. This is wrong. Simple. There is no way that a 16 year-old can have a mature relationship with a 34 year old. Maybe a mature relationship with people of his own age, but certainly not 18 years older! There are dating sites for people to meet up with relative security; RuneScape is not one of them, as proven with the case with the Potsdam boy. This is simply wrong, dangerous, immoral, and against the rules of Jagex, and as thus you should contact them through the "Contact us" form on their main page immediately!
  22. Forgive me. I didn't read the article, I just presumed he had been. The point I'm making though is that the consequences of rape, both physical and mental, are far beyond many of our, including mine and probably your, understanding.
  23. Legacy Punishment are the offenses that you did before the new system was released last year And I'd be happy to share my tricks with Tip.it soon, as I will be writing a very lengthy guide to merchanting for all levels, whether it be 1m or 100m :) I'm sure whatever Crewbie reads it would love it. :
  24. You have no sig or avatar! Go get one you newb then this guide would be hawt! That was one heck of a donation Saruman gave ya  Good luck with everything! Phr33 SUPER BUMP!
  25. I think I bought some raw lobsters off you the other day... you're arrogant when it comes to trading, make no mistake about that, but your determination and skill in merchanting is truly admirable! :) Maybe when you've retired officially from RS, you could share with Tip.It the tricks of your trade? I'm sure everyone here would love to know! That's about as good compliments get from me. I'd been watching you in-game 'coz you looked dodgy, but after reading this I am astounded by what you've achieved and the time scale you've achieved it in! Well done! Good luck!
