OK, I started to try out pest control recently, and I also decided to try using ancients for the first time. What fun! However, I've noticed an annoying problem. Often, I would select a spell and click on a monster to cast, but my character does not cast the spell. I often have to try like 5-10 times before my character finally casts. Anyone else ever have this problem? The game itself wasn't lagging.

I've seen Sparkles 1 a few times before (she is level 126 combat with 10 level 99 skills). Even though I personally have 3 level 99 skills right now, I don't think I'm really "famous" by today's standards, LOL. Well, the good news: I got the maze for the first time. The bad news: I kept getting suck, and I didn't get through until 5 minutes past 0%! F FS! Does anyone know any good tips for the maze? Here's my tip: When you get teleported in, the MOM gives you the instructions. The countdown doesn't start until you click "Click here to continue", so you can use this time to study it before you really try.

They took about six weeks. I spent an hour or two doing the clues. And yes, H.A.M. clothing doesn't help that much. You probably won't need it if you have a fairly high thieving level.

Your "skill abilities" section for prayer is wrong. Aside from the skill cape, you need level 70 to have certain items in your house. Good guide, though! Anyways, here are some more: maximum exp in any skill: 200,000,000 total maximum exp possible: 4,600,000,000 The above should not go under the "combat skills" section.

Anyone got any advice for fighting the giant scarab? I used full rune with protect from magic and I got owned. I teled out and barely made it. Some guides say concentrate on the scarab; others say concentrate on the minions. Any advice?

Now that the "new" treasure trail items have been out for over 2 months now, has there been any noticeable effect on the prices of the "old" items?

True, level 99 skills aren't so special anymore. However, getting a level 99 skill hasn't gotten any easier, so those people still get my respect, as long as they didn't cheat, etc.

Does anyone know any fast ways to get steel on f2p? It seems that coal has risen in price over the last few years. A long time ago, it was 100-150 each, now it's like 150-200. It's so hard to find people who sell for 100 each these days. Buying them for 150 each seems the fastest, but results in negative profit, aside from exp. (Excluding iron ore, each steel bar costs 300 gp but only only returns 240 gp with steel plates unless it is used to smith rune). Anyone know any good ways to level smithing quickly, yet save money at the same time?
