Shockingly awful grammar
Yes 90% of runescape has a learning disorder. That disorder is being 12. I, personally, resent that remark. I've been playing since I was, ohh.. nine. I think I haven't mangled words as badly as I've seen other people mangling them since I was ten, which was three years ago. Please, remember: age =/= intelligence, ability to spell, maturity, or sanity. I'm not perfect -- no one is -- but I try my hardest to spell correctly, especially on 'teh intarwebs'. Now stop calling the immature people twelve-year-olds (try nine year old instead :P ) and do more important things, like having fun. A 12 year old, on average, is less mature then a 21 year old. There may be exceptions either way, but there are biological differences (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frontal_lobe) between the two that means the vast majority of 21 year olds are smarter and more mature then most 12 year olds. Same goes for 9 to 13. On average... right, I forgot that I'm a wee bit above average XD. However, the majority of RuneScape players are teenagers, NOT 21-year-olds. It still grinds on my nerves when I see someone -- who almost has to be older than me, with the current state of affairs -- using worse grammar and spelling than I, though. I'll give some leeway because of the lack of space, but there's this little thing known as breaking your sentences up into smaller pieces... 'Sides, I'm a known grammar Nazi, this kind of stuff drives me absolutely insane. Still, the average 9 year old's grammer\knowledge < the average 16 year olds. And how do you know how old the people arguing with you are? 'the current state of affairs'? My friend's son has played since he was 6 years old. He's now 10, and he's fairly high level - but completely lacking in knowledge and maturity, like most 10 year olds.

karils is an EPIC FAIL!
No, it only hits through your armor defence bonus and protect from melee (which otherwise provides 40% damage prevention).

Unfortunately, the 26,000 people in the highscores indicate otherwise :-w

How to go about getting 94 magic.
FOG is what, 15k XP and 0 profit? I don't get why people try to train mage there :| PC is only around 50k XP, without much profit. Alching in a PVP world is 70k XP and guaranteed profit, potentially 1m+

Burst or Barrage?
Fairly simple, more of a tip then a guide. I was doing some calcs for 99 summoning, and ran across an interesting question: Which is better, burst or barrage? So I did a few calcs: (This is a quick-and-simple table here, no fancy formatting or annotated formulas ;) ). The charm XP numbers are for my personal pouches, but they don't affect the burst\barrage; you can ignore the middle section. The bottom part is where the final calcs come out. I used the current GE prices for runes. This table does not make allowance for increased splashes during barrages or more runs with burst\barrage; both of these don't really affect results much at the 7 lobster spot (which I believe to be the best). Basically, if you can make over 422k per hour - as any member with 94+ mage and enough cash to consider lobsters should with methods like Avansies\Green Dragons\GWD, your better off barraging for charms. I can try to explain things if they aren't clear, just post. Again, this is one of my quick, thrown together tables without formatting.

How to go about getting 94 magic.
It's 120k XP and +-1m+ an hour, usually minus. I've lost 5m in an hour from doing it. Alching is 70k XP for almost no loss per hour, about the best your going to get.

Mmm...What to kill?
45k exp! 650k profit! 200k charms per hour! Check your typing. #-o Mm..Could you post a small guide or some links? 650k an hour hes dreaming.....more like 200-400k in the real world and 200k in charms from monsters that drop greens the most? Have you tried testing it yourself? Maxed stats, max strength bonus w\ bandos + dfs, super setted, super energy pots, piety, 18+ bobs, lots of practice. I average between 630 and 640k per hour, but one hour I broke 725k. you are still giving out false info because he is not max stats and I'm not sure if he has best strenth bonus. besides most worlds are too crowded so you wouldn't be able to rake in that much all day Obviously I'm not giving out the information specifically tailored to him. I'm stating the best possible earning rates; as his stats increase and he obtains better equipment (proslyte + regular shield isn't much of a drop) he'll approach the 650-700k rates. It's quite easy to find an open world (after all, with piety your killing them faster then anyone else) and very simple to do it all day. I've made over 40m from it.

Wow, phishers really do send out e-mails!
16,000 people is nothing. Over 100,000,000,000 (yes, that's 100 billion) spam messages are sent per day.

charm prices?
Nor are the two most efficient methods equally efficient. Ehh? It's pretty simple, if you make less then X do waterfiends, if you make more burst. It's been too long, I should really redo the calcs  I'm lazy, I don't usually redo them until I'm forced to with a new update etc. :?

charm prices?
Depends. If you take the most efficient method of obtaining charms, factor in the time using the best earning method, and subtract the XP given, you can come out with a number based on how hard the charms are to obtain. The problem is that the variables aren't always the same for everyone.

fastest way to fletching lvl 99???
How does feathering bolts stack up. I believe you can make money off of some bolts, and if it is good xp, there shouldn't be much reason not to do it. It's usually a pretty big loss. Example: Addy bolts are 8 gp loss per 7 XP, or ~14m to 99; much more then mage longs, and (if you do one set every 2 seconds), only 126,000k XP\hour - all while requiring constant attention and huge amounts of clicking.

Mmm...What to kill?
Armored zombies are kind of boring, but 103k XP\190k profit per hour Green dragons are fun, not boring, 45k XP\650k profit\200k charms per hour. It takes some practice for green dragons, though, and the setup is kind of complicated.

fastest way to fletching lvl 99???
Mage longs are the fastest reasonable way. The fastest way is attaching tips to Dragon Darts for 2m XP\hour

Really? Here's an idea: look up your information before making unfounded statements That's odd. 3,000 more people have 99 range then 99 magic. Looks like your statement is busted. Anyway, the majority of people train melee simply because it maxes out higher (a maxed meleer has a very slight advantage over a 99 ranger), and they don't know how to train range effectively; avansies\chinchompas is 160k XP\hour for free, instead of 60k XP\hour for free at yaks or experiments. Magic requires brains and tactics, something most RS players aren't prepared for, and as such fewer realize its potential. It still is unbelievably useful; one is pretty much forced to train to 65 for all of the basic spells.

Windows 7 Runescape HD
Yeah, if nothing loading Sun will probably have to come out with a new version for 7. Not likely to happen until it's officially released, but you never know.

Changing my TIF password?
Compfreak, permission to +1 you? It's the only way I know of to solve his problem :?

jagex favors melee
Range is crazily overpowered. A level 10x with 99 range\defence will take down any meleer near his level, regardless of their stats. A 45 defence meleer with 99 attack\strength will be hit faster then he can eat by 99 range, and his only hope of living is making it to the exit, constantly eating, before he's KOed.

Very small chance, if you get really lucky Jagex might 'readjust' your blackmarks. Otherwise, all you can do is appeal.
