Doesn't matter, as soon as he starts the animation you get a fire cape. I've seen death from one of his attacks that was sent off before he died, then KOed the person as he hit jad. He got a cape. Bandos' animation is short, but it takes ~5 seconds after it finishes before the drops appear. I've had to tele in that span of time with 12 HP before drop appeared, I was angry :evil:

Your forgetting that they are already way in the negative from the bandwidth\maintnance cost; storage isn't the only factor. Like I said, making people buy PTP was the sole point of FTP. Any update not designed to specifically do that is a waste of members money.

Lootshare worlds with an average 6 man team get 3 times faster kills, so we have the equivalent of 136 solo worlds. We are suggesting 3 extra worlds like this, so out of the 139 soloings 3 of them will have the boosted rate. (136 X 100) + (3 X 125) = (13975 / 139) = .54% higher drop rates. Let's see, that '25%' number you pulled out of your behind was only of by 46,296% :roll: .5% = 90k drop in bandos hilt price. Given that it regularly rises and falls by well over 100k in normal market fluctuation, I don't think this is going to cause the Runescape Apocalypse. Come back when you have some real numbers, not ones you thought sounded cool =D>

Ten trips, maybe. I'd recommend 50 kills with each before decisively deciding. It's pretty obvious which wins, just log the number kills per trip. Not only does the whip deal more damage per minute, it has much less of a delay when eating. Then again, I've gotten kills without even eating with a whip. It's awesomely accurate.

Whip + Defender. Ask sirhemen for further proof. I can get 4 kills per trip with a tortise (sometimes 5) with whip + defender, and my average is considerably higher then with GS. Karils top + Bandos tassets, swap it out for a zammy robe top while getting KC. Oh, and DFS stinks horribly. That's where most people get the 'teh whipz suckzorz!' arguments from.
