Depends on the situation. In most cases I use a DFS, but if you're fighting lower level monsters, the extra defense bonus isn't really needed so you can just stick to a Rune Defender (or Unholy Book if you're ranging/maging).

Between GS and DFS, I prefer DFS because of its many uses. GS isn't too great for training, and more for PvP or boss monsters so its uses are more limited.

He's talking about the special though. It doesn't really help there, unless you get a drop and want to bank it so you can stay longer but there are better uses for an inventory space then instead of bringing the scrolls.

The flippers takes a bit longer to get than the hat. In the time it took me to get a flipper, I had 4-5 hats already.

Don't go out of your way to get junk. Just use junk that's a byproduct of a skill that you would train normally. If you try to make junk, it's inefficient and you could be making money in the time spent.

I didn't use Red Chinchompas but I've heard some figures for Greys at the Ape Atoll tunnels. I believe it should be 180-200 exp/chin depending on your level. They are better gp/exp. A rough estimate based on the exp/chin, you should need around 18k chins. The best way to get the most exp is to try to hit 9 monkeys at once. They do respawn from where you kill them (where their bones are), but I suggest running away and back so they monkeys unstack a bit because if there are too many monkeys + bones on one space, they won't respawn. Watching some youtube videos may help you perfect training techniques there.

You can wear, but the looks and stats are several reduced. I don't think the effect works though. I don't have any numbers for you though. Mine are still at 100.

If you have all the God items, then nothing should attack you. Just don't click on the door to the boss room. If you do, you can just pray melee (or range if there's a team in there) and run to the altar and teleport out.

You still make a decent profit (300k+ gp/hour). And the nerf was quite a while ago. They've been dropping 1bar/1kill for a while now. With prayer, you can make more actually.

The first seach option should give you a view of your old first page. It was last updated May 24th, so you should get most of it back.
