  1. My favorite part is how you also happen to have an extra 18K cabbages. That's a hell of a lot of cabbages.
  2. Perhaps add air running, as in being the person in W16 who receieves the 2K cash, as it can be pretty good money, and is very good for beginners.
  3. I have more QP then probably a lot of people, but I'm not a big fan of quests, mainly because they seem just like, go here, go here, go here.
  4. Whoo, grats on being such a good miner, mining coal to 70 was tough enough for me :P But now I'm gonna follow you around and make it so you can't powermine :o
  5. Yeah...lawn mowing...and allowance, cause I live in rich suburb. :o
  6. 1. Yes 2. No Actually it's yes and yes, on the first floor you have to kill Minotaurs, on the second floor Flesh Crawlers, on the third floor Catablepons, and on the fourth floor Ankous.
  7. Few questions about your spot: Is it faster than Varrock east? And also are there any monsters there at all? Like a mugger or something?
  8. Everyone likes your rune scims way more than mine :P
  9. I dunno if you have like people issues or something, but it is usually rather easy for me, if they have their flag, to find 1 or 2 other 90+ on my team, tell them where the flag is, and we go and try to get it. And it is not that hard to get it, I promise you. It is a rare game where I cannot, by myself, kill the flag holder at least once. With bad melee stats. I think people are exaggerating how hard it is to kill the flag holder. "You cant do it unless you have like 10 barragers". It is just one person with limited amount of healing. Bandages do not heal that much. Your argument seems to be based on a very limited amount of Castle Wars that you have played and you have obviously seen the worse side of the game. Certainly some games you can be stuck on a team where there is literally no one else who tries. However, I think if you played more, you would find that most teams have at least a few players who know what they're doing.
  10. I'm sorry but this is such a terrible argument. Oh noes I'm level 80 I'm not allowed to beat a level 115 :( If he is level 115 and can get flag from you he is BETTER than you and deserves to win, and without flag holding he would win anyways. God forbid there be a game that favors higher levels.
  11. I did Tutorial Island and got up to 10 Combat off rats and muggers behind Lumbridge Castle. :) I don't think I left that area behind Lumbridge Castle for like a week.
  12. (I'm just speaking in terms of my f2p experience, I dunno about p2p pking or anything) I generally find that safing is just a term used by people who are angry cause you are eating when you're supposed. The thing is that sometimes people eat like when they're at 3/4 of their HP, or they eat when maybe they're kind of lowish HP but the person is in a killable range. The problem for them is they're just not gonna get as many kills as people who take a few risks.
  13. Here's two ways to compete against flag holding. I have won a lot of games without us holding the flag and without them holding the flag and the scores have been 10 - 9 11 - 9 whatever. People are acting as if flag holding is all there is to this game, and that's just ignorance. 1) Don't let them hold the flag! This one is very simple. Go score, then go right back and when someone else tries to get the flag, follow them. If they die, pick up the damn flag and go score again. If you cannot do this, the other team is BETTER than you and that's just too bad. 2) Bring pots/mage and kill the flag holder. If they managed to get the flag, it is not really that hard to kill the person. Try to bring along some people along with you to help, especially someone with ancients. If you die, go right back and try again. If you cannot kill the person, the other team is BETTER than you and that's just too bad. With my bad melee stats, I have killed lots of 100+ level flag holders by myself because I am persistent in attacking and knowledgeable in how to keep attacking the flag holder even when they run around and stuff. I'm sorry but if they can keep the flag the other team is just plain better than you and if flag holding was not part of the game, they would win anyways. It makes me sad that this topic is even debated.
  14. It was a side effect of another update, according to a Jagex reply. A bug was being fixed on the rocks, and the slowing down was unintentional.
  15. Favorite - Castle Wars, Barbarian Assault, Barrows Least Favorite - Pest Control, Pyramid Plunder (I hate you Pyramid Plunder!)
  16. Here, I'll just post these myself... Here's the angle you want the camera to be at when you're at the big door. Before door is broken... And after. You want to have the toolkit ready to one click, and have your mouse aimed where your legs are. Then when the door is broken, your mouse will be over the bottom part of the broken door, and it's easy to repair. Plus with this angle, there's not really any way other people can get in the way of the door.
  17. World 6 works fine, don't see a reason to make a different one.
  18. It wasn't a thinking thing, apparently they were fixing a bug on the rocks and happened to make it slower too. And didn't notice it was slower...I guess cause they weren't thinking.
  19. Well they were changed to fix a bug, and the intent was not to make them slower, so they should be changed back soon hopefully. I need my rocks back :(
  20. If I want something either Salarin the Twisted or the Gem Stall. If all I want is to not get bored then w18 edge right by wildy.
  21. 99 WC, all free play.
  22. There is currently a max of...93? QP you can get as a level 3. Not entirely sure about the ones ZZZ doesn't have though.
  23. It really, really depends. I've tried healing on a team where I was the only healer, and I was level 1, and my team was all like level 80 or below, and it was very hard. At the same time, if you have 2 healers, and everyone is a high level, it can be rather easy. Though I think collector is the easy job. All you really have to do is stay alive and use your horn a ton.
  24. Being a skiller does not require you to be a level three. And if I read your third reason correctly, that is multi-logging. (Which is against the rules.) Wow, you completely misunderstood every single thing I just said. As did you to my reply. You said you liked the skiller community, and I was saying that the community does not require you to be a level 3, meaning there is no reason to make a level three skiller just for a community. The discussion at hand is the reasoning behind creating a level three skiller. And if I "misunderstood" (your reason #3), then please explain it in a way I can "understand". WRONG. Then give your level X 10. A level 70 skill gives 700 max, sure, but it in the end depends on level. Plus quests with larger lamp rewards, or tomes. In order to be in the skilling clan I am in, which is the community I am talking about, yes, you do have to be a low level. (Under 30) And yeah, most of slaying comes from Genie lamps, not recoiling. Recoiling is like 300 xp an hour. It's horrible.
