  3. agreed, which is why I spent so much on it lol (hi Dusty!)
  4. what the hell is there to complain about?? it doesn't provide anybody with anything they could not get before, it simply makes it so the higher level can't scam the lower level out of the items :-s :-s :-s
  5. it's also illegal to download music and drive over 45 mph in 45 zones, but who doesn't do these things? lol.
  6. I don't know any TIF'ers that live in Georgia, accept for Ugafan but he's in another city...
  7. Nobody calls me stupid because I don't read :? I just plain don't like to read lol, I never have. I always find ways around reading books for school, I like english class but most of the stuff they make us read and analyze is just stupid and WILL NOT help me life contrary to what they tell me, very little I learn in high school is going to help in life, its just there isnt much else to test me on :XD:
  8. it's not giving them anything they couldn't get before :? . All its doing is providing a scam free port for higher levels to make items for lower levels, you're argument makes no sense, its really just an anti-scam update.
  9. Sorry to hear that wakka, at least you had fun. :) Oh loads, After they left I got to dance with some girls I've always wanted to dance with but was never really man enough to do it. I dunno what came over me, I usually don't really dance much but I really got into it then. Just wondering, how many alcohol did you drink? That's usually the answer to me. (Don't know how to put the first sentence into something you'd actually say in English. =\) I didn't have any, I planned to have some at an afterparty but it got cancelled so :(
  10. also, if anybody ever needs any of my assists I'll definitly offer them up, just leave a post here or pm me ingame.

  14. I think instead of my normal routine I'm going to try to do most of the Varrock Diaries, I believe there is a couple of quests I need to do too for that so it might take a few days, but I'll continue to do farming.
  15. Yea, sorry for not being there to talk in your somewhat time of need, but I had 60-70 people I had to take care of while about to do a war, then after the war, we went to kill off looters, all in all, 6 hours. Anyways, what I wanted to say in-game was, if she couldn't accept you for who you are, then she's not worth changing yourself over, or anything like that to be worried about. So don't let it float around in your head. Your an amazing person wakka, even if you can't talk properly to girls. The girl who you should be dating is the girl who will allow you to see, and talk properly to any girl. I might be off a bit here, but it's not that bad to say it, especially if your thinking about it negatively. There are plenty of fish in the sea who won't mind your blunt speaking. ^_^ BTW Gratz on 3000 posts. ^_^ lol, thanks man, its nothing I hadn't expected though.
  16. In Flames was never death metal, it was like melodic metal, I've never heard any death themes in any of there old stuff :? . Come Clarity was a great album by the way, not garbage, it just pissed off alot of old fans. I can relate when Korn released their See You On the Other Side  . I thought Korn did pretty well with See You On the Other Side. It was a step up from the comedy album that was Untouchables, and the relatively crap collection of songs that was Take a Look in the Mirror. What was wrong with it? To me see you on the other side was a terrible album, I've been listening to Korn since they released Issues and once head left the group, they seemed to change their sound so drastically that it was just awful. The guitar parts are not satisfying as they were with 2 guitarists, they also recorded with a studio group called "The Matrix" which records Pop Bands and its very apparent in the album, it has a very pop-ish sound that I really don't like. See You on the Other Side is the only Korn album currently released that I've not listened to more than 2-3 times. I always go back and listened to all the others, including Untitled, which was better but still wasn't as good as Take a Look in the Mirror and before that. It was just sort of a letdown to old school Korn fans if you were into their older sound. The only way for Korn to make an album that can be as good as before See You On the Other Side is if they brought a second guitarist into the group for recording and such, not just for playing old songs live. I think they just need to replace Head completely and stop trying to play as a 3 man band. I can sort of see where you're going there, but at the same time I disagree. I think that of all the nu-metal bands that arose in the 90s, Korn have been one of the only ones who have succeeded in maintaining their sound while at the same time experimenting, and that's what I thought See You on the Other Side did. I liked stuff like Hypocrites and Liar, which had that good heavy feel, while Twisted Transistor had the bouncy, sort-of-poppy feel that can still be appreciated because it has credibility, and then they pull off something weird and almost epic like Seen It All. I think the key strength is its diversity, which is not something I've seen as much on on their previous albums (particularly Untouchables & Mirror). Some people did enjoy it, but for the most part, the older fans disliked the album as a whole. Seen it all and Last Legal Drug are the only songs I go back and listen to on that album, the others just did not stick with me, and I thought Twisted Transistor was a total disgrace to my favorite band.
  17. Yes, you are correct in saying that this is an argument based on varying magnitudes, but the magnitude with which we are hurting the planet (temperature-wise, anyways) has a direct effect on how much we need to rectify the problem. Basically, if the recent temperature increases are based 99.9% on solar or other non-human effects, any kind of lifestyle change to lower temperatures would be basically as worthless as possibly imaginable. But if humans are the direct cause of anything from, say, 30% or more of the recent temperature increases [just throwing out numbers here], then a change of lifestyle can have a noticable effect on what we're doing to the planet. Although anyone with at least half a brain knows that we're technically effecting temperatures by existing on the planet, so is everything on the planet. Your tree outside, your dog, that fly that's been annoying you for the past fifteen minutes, everything on this planet directly effects the global temperature. But are you going to kill a cow just because it's releasing heat from it's body? Well, I'd certainly hope not. That's why this magnitude argument is so important- to rectify the situation, we first must find what things (volcanoes, the sun, us, Shiva, etc.) are having the greatest effect on the matter at hand, and from there, and only there, can we create a proper course of action to try and fix the problem, if possible. Say we're having a "negligible effect" on the Earth's warming, not "nothing". Your statement is technically incorrect, and you'll get proponents of the opposing side of the argument down your throat before you can take a breath for it :-w . It's not just about temperatures, were using up all the water, all the natural resources, were cutting down all the trees for buildings and losing oxygen by doing this, theres got to be some breaking point somewhere where they chop down too many trees or use too many resources, then what do we do? Some people argue that we have like 100 years until that happens but then what? We gotta think about preserving the world...

Because being death metal has little, if anything to do with lyrical content. Its a subgenre of metal with distorted, melodic guitars and usually harsh vocals. Bands like Death (surprise!) helped pioneer it in the late '80s and early '90s. In Flames was soon to follow, and was a really great band back then. That isn't what I've always heard, Death Metal bands sing about Death, I can't find any death related things in their songs. Thats why there is a distinction between Death Metal and Grindcore and Black Metal. Those all sound very similar but their lyrical content helps difine them into their genre.
  20. Wow, that was a crappy date up until the end after our dates left lol. I find out she was not into me at all and wouldn't dance with me even after I bought her dinner, crazy women. But then I got all pumped up and danced with alot of people until the end, so it was worth it. Don't ever do blind dates :(
  21. no, the time spent can be turned into any item is what he is saying. say you have it set to ores and flax, and you have it set to this for a week. If you select "do not look at the gathered items" then it will take you to the screen where it says who is gathering what, if you change it you will recieve items equivalents to what you set it to. So in other words, after that week is up and you decided you didnt want ores and flax, you could skip the option and change it to, say, fish and maple logs and you would get those instead of ores and flax although its been set to ores and flax for that whole week.

I use to Love Linkin Park, I still do, for their old stuff. I have Hybrid Theory in my car and enjoy driving to it, it sounds great with alot of Bass and I could care less what the lyrics are, half my music you can't understand the lyrics anyways, lyrics serve no purpose to me. It's the mood and tone of the music that matters to me. However, they are the best example of a sellout band that I've ever seen. When I heard they were making Minutes to Midnight I got excited because I figured it would be like Hybrid Theory or Meteora which had the Nu-Metal sound that I miss so much that was popular in the mid to late 90's, however, it was a total disaster of an album! I can't stand any song on the entire album, they changed their sound so drastically that it just sounds like some stupid punk band or indie band and no longer like Linkin Park. Hopefully they will redeem themselves with their next release, I highly doubt it though.
