  2. Old pic needs to be removed for 07.33 North - 15.00 East coordinate clue. Here's a new picture:
  3. I have a decent theory that sticking to the same spawns ups your drop rate for items, but that can't easily be tested by one person. I've found it helps, but idk if that's true for every monster anyway. In theory, if every monster spawn has a qeued (sp?) up drop like, dragon chain for dust devils, that means every spawn should have a different amount of kills per chain drop. It could be true, idk. And row could also change the drop rate entirely, let alone mess up the cycle of each drop... I just don't think it's as simple as a pinwheel effect as Jagex described. It's gotta be on a better rotation or based on lightning strike randomness, aka no consistency at all. And there's a lot of inconsistency when it comes to drops. On top of the fact that I know Jagex messes with drop rates sometimes, there's probably never going to be a true drop rate for items unless they cause items to have fixed drop rates permanently, which they undoubtfully won't. Just try not to cut down the chances of you not getting items, and you won't go nuts like I apparently have :) (though obviously sometimes it helps *points to signature*).
  4. Kind of curious, what type of spawnkilling are you doing? Like.. How many spawns do you stick to during your camping? 2 or 3? Over 5? Always different?..
  5. Drop rates are dropped and lowered sometimes, based on updates, rs population etc. If you don't want to believe that, whatever. Average normal drop rate is 1/200-250. You sound lucky but it could be my first line.
  6. Just another glitch in the land of Lagscape.. P.S. I see you draz.
  7. This is a submission for: ------------------ 11.41 North 14.58 East Burthorpe, between the picnic tables in the pub's fenced outdoor area ------------------ Description of new coordinate location: 2 steps east of the flag near the quest-start location near Burthorpe bank. 8. You and your sheep  She beheaded a sheep for that, I swear. She's evil, I tell you. EVILLLLLLLLL
  9. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole thing :D Running around like a newbie again in wizards robes :) HAHAHAHA Awesome pic :D On a side note, one of the many bugs Taverly/Burthorpe update came with..
  10. So here's what I got from my hard clue off wyverns. In your face, Crim@@@@@@.
  11. This first pic is the compass I got before the second, but anyway. Got it twice in a row, sorry I didn't take a pic with the compass activated. Compass description: Forest east of Rellekka, just south of the Swaying Tree and north of the path leading east. http://img21.imageshack.us/img21/6258/newcomp1.png --------------------------------------------------------------- Compass description: Dead end along the Mort Myre swamp maze, just south of the entrance to Mort'ton. EDIT: My bad, isn't new ---------------------------------- THIRD, so-to-speak 'new' compass location. Compass description: Just above the dead tree north of the two fishing spots east of the bridge to Rellekka. http://img20.imageshack.us/img20/4516/newcomp4.png Hope you add these soon, Tip.It. --On a side note, sorry if these actually do exist on the site. Just didn't see that well on the Elites guide, I guess.
  12. Yay so you did post on tif :D. Gj yguy
  13. You can keep it at 1 prayer, having prayer without defence is pointless unless you're using prayer stat boosts for maxed K.Os. Hybrid is the same thing as pure, just use the combat calculator. Magic is useless in F2p. Range is good and attack/strength is a must for K.Os. Range Tanks however, don't need attack/strength, but you need a lot of work and prayer for eagle eye. 50-99-1 99-99-40 99-99-45 Just use the combat calculator. ^Good advice. Choose your desired combat range, imo, and try to find the best max hit/att level for that def level, while remembering what defence level will be good. The best way to go about that would probably be duel some people for fun, or for money if you want, and see what their stats are if you can. That way, you can find what def is kicking your att level's ass. Also, staking hardly ventures further than pking on f2p, just act like you're trying to ko without using food. The rest is basic stuff, really.

^This. Or you can be a dumb as hell person and go all coal-fish on your kingdom.
  15. This is a bad-ass post to read, in terms of calculating max hits. Also, SOA on Jad, polypore for rest is best imo.
  16. I don't think that your internet has anything to do with frames processing. For example, I had 17-24 fps on dialup 9 months ago before my modem got fried by lightning, now with cable internet I have like 400x the speed, but 1/2 or less frames. I do agree that RS's servers are notoriously shit.
  17. Unless Jagex changes the game the -correct- way, your comp is as good as mine for RS. Complete ass. You'll need a new graphics card (one that costs 30-100 USD is fine) and a PSU that can handle your amps/wattage. Be sure to add up your amps, and check the watts on the PSU before you buy it, to be sure your card (if you do buy) will not fry anything.
  18. You brought an entirely better idea to mind for me. Jagex could possibly (and they may be doing this already, mind you) release a sub-full membership type of RS. Like: Free-play, RuneScape Members Silver, and RuneScape Members Gold. Gold getting most/all the updates, and Silver just being a cheaper alternative to gold, with a lot less to it. ^^^^^^ Best "F2P" Suggestion ever. And I'm saying that they'd get A LOT more F2P to P2P switches if they had a 'second' demo, of what P2P is like, for cheap, such as 2-4$ US, dependant on the content released. It's entirely feasable, and a good market idea. Then again, Jagex never listens to me for years.
  19. My friend, you have spoken words truer than what my mind brings me. Except I just think MMG has destroyed this game ever since they hired the idiot.
  20. Not good enough imo. Fix it today for [bleep]'s sake.
  21. 99% of your increase in performance from this is from setting java to be a higher priority. So true. A good way to kill your comp imo, also.
  22. Don't think I'll be coming, afraid of no curers. And I'm sure everyone's afraid of my BRAND NEW AMAZING AVATAR! EDIT: Did not see this was CS 'til I saw the bad drop pics :x........
  23. lol ^ Hoping p2p fixes it, but I saw it somewhere previous to this in rs or on my comp, and idr where. Also, i cleared cache and such before this happened, it didn't occur until i messed with my display settings on my monitor, computer, hardware, etc.
  24. I think it was just that when I did the screenshot it froze all that static/fuzziness movement I'm speaking of, and showed what it truly looks like, but I swear it didn't look like that in the pic at first.
  25. Well, you see the squares of lightness, obviously. You can also see a column of faded ones in each box, and they're uneven (also in dif spots for each area aside from vertical positions). When I play, the white boxes arent there, its just basically one solid color, and then where those dark columns are is where I see the static/fuzziness stuff that seems unhealthy.
