Used to be :P Haven't had as much time or desire to play as much as I used to. Used to play 4+ hours most weekdays and 12+ hours on weekends. Now... usually less than an hour per day. Sometimes I'll still play a lot on weekends if I'm really bored and have nothing to do. Might end up playing a bit more in the summer, depending on how much I work... or if I even get a job =\

Woke up at 11. Found out that we had a garage sale, and that some of my old stuff had sold and I made around $25. Did random stuff on the interwebs for a while. Applied for a few jobs online. Pre-ordered the new Alexisonfire and Portugal. The Man albums. Studied for my exams a bit. Went out for dinner with my family for pizza. Came back and tested out my new tent which I plan to use for the upcoming grad campout (where all the grads set up tents and stay outside of the school overnight). Studied a bit more. Watched the Toronto FC game (woot they won). Back to studying/browsing TIF, which is where I am now.

I would personally not go to bandos gwd for money. I'm well over 1000 kills with no good drops there currently. And a lot of those are solo... bandos splits are almost worthless.

Haha no wonder they changed it, I bet it was possible to be getting 90k woodcut exp per hour while getting 500k fletching exp at the same time... Wish I had of tested this while I had the chance.

What about the steel titan's scroll? That's 4 hits instead of just 1 from the familiar. Also, steel titan wrecks. Slayer tasks are like 150%+ faster when I use it.

I was thinking just now about ways to reduce the glut of potions floating around. Making these f2p-consumable could be a quick fix, if they are willing to buy. I have always looked at f2p as mainly the suppliers of raw materials, not consumers of finished products. Perhaps my view is outdated. Here's an idea I will throw out: double or triple the amount of XP given for making a potion. This will have a positive long-term effect - people would only need to make 1/2 or 1/3 as many potions to get their skillcapes. Eventually, demand would catch up with supply and the glut would be whittled down. At that point, normal market forces might keep potion prices in line. Could that work? I'd go from level 1 to 99 in 15 hours if experience was tripled.

When I train herblore, I do it for speed. I buy unfinished potions at ridiculously high prices, along with secondaries, and just make the pots at a large loss of money. Everyone has different priorities. To sort of answer your question, I would say that there are enough people like me willing to pay that counter the supply of herbs, and not enough demand for most potions for them to be worth anything.
