It's a shame that we have lost him as a chanceler, I have to admit he was darn good for our economy...... However I am not casting judgment on him as a PM yet, he seems a bit left wing to me though. I personally think the country needs a short blast of right wing polotics to straighten it out..... Brown cant delive it. I am also annoyed at him for giving Ruth Kelly another job..... She is one of my local MP's and is awfull! brown put her in charge of Transport...... she cant even drive!

I dont belive in ghosts...... per say..... However I do belive in what people refer to and interprate as a ghost. I personally think that living bodys give off an engery force that as of yet is not discovered that can create impressions on their surroundings. When the body is having extream emotion of destress or happyness the amount of energy given off increases and this is why ghosts tend to display a mood as a large feature. Also the type of surface around them seems to make an impact, notice ghosts are more common in areas with large amounts of dence materical in the area, such as castles..... not many ghosts outside. I belive that this energy is picked up better by some people than otheres some can even sence it coming from the living and call it an auror (sp) aka that big glowing light thing that some psycics claim to see.

Rate this seems like a good location, the only issue is it appears to me it has a lower traffic level. It is certainly out of place in help and advice though. I understand the origianl thinking behind that forum, from when clues where merged with it, but now it's kinda odd. I'm sure it's sister thread "worst clue......" could also find a new home, again in rate this.... or rants.

After the first impression of "oooooo shiny"...... it's just not runesape. I hate the mainstream graphics style used by games such as WoW they just lack so much feeling..... sure it's very nice but there is a reason why we play games...... it should not try and be like real life. Long live runescape graphics!

when thinking about a forum it is important to maintain the flow of a thread. People use sugnitures to identify themselves and basically promote them seleves as a presence on the forum, they must not interfear. If the sigs where any bigger they would simply over power the content of most posts. there is a happy balance that needs to be kept.

Actually I have been told that every appeal is actually read by a jmod (except in the cases where they admit they wotn acept an appeal), although it does have to be said the premade responces they give are not applicible in alot of cases. About the censored password thing though.... remember we dotn know how the system works, they developed their own censor and recording software so it's very possible they have it so they can see the un censord version of the word. That was just a guess, but there is no reason why it could not be true.... always the chance!

Well in a way whilst the meaning behind certain offences is very open to circumstance, if a player was actually password scamming then I feel a instant ban is called for. before the current system we could not find out how many black marks we had on our accounts. The marks where purly used for Jagex to base judgments on. 10 black marks for password scamming should not really be read as 10 black marks...... but as an instant ban. If you have 3 marks already the punishment would be 7 marks. For example autoing is 10 black marks, I am to belive (although it's not explained to us) that a black mark is not 1/10th of a ban, but it is a meter that fills up. When you cross a certain point the meter breaks. I understand your view point though.... and have put thought into it before. Why should one little mistake mean a perm ban? You are lucky that there is now the second chance appeal feature of the site. Usuing this I hear they look at aspects of your accoutn, and balance up "is a ban the right way to go?" At a guess your offence was quite a while ago, and I know they they do see time as a factor. In the past I have seen jagex as a company they will forgive past actions, and move on.... although they dont forget. Because of the way the game works, I dont feel it would ever be possile to prove that you truly where not putting any bad intent behind your offence, and bacause of this it is correct that they hold on to the infomation incase it happens again. it would be daft to destroy evidance. Personally if after reviewing evidance you where found to probaly have no intent, I would have drastically reduced the punishment, or even remove it (I have no way of seeing evidance so I won't make a judgment). Although I dont know what the inner polocies of Jagex are or how they work so it would be unfair for me to comment. I feel I am rableing on here a bit and not explaining my point well so I will call it a night and try again tomorrow :thumbsup:

I wont help a begger.... Their first reflex is to ask for phr33 st00f...... no effort has been made, why should I turn round and help them? HOWEVER when ever I can I do offer player stuck, or in need of help advice, this can somtimes result in me giving thme free items, but you dont get if you ask. It's a personal rule and I try and stick to it. It is my view point they helping a begger or giving free items just encorages them, but this is a community game and we should work as a community to help each other.

A little bit of human decency may be called for in future...... try and think how people feel from what you say. Publicly claiming that another person has a terrible deadly desease is not "fighting the man" its beeing rude and offensive. If you wish to "fight the man" try and be polite... explain your point...... At a guess (like most players in this game) you are amerian, so I will use an american example. Jerry springer is on, who do you have more respect for? -the people fighting sewaring and insulting each other? -or the people who talk out their issues and settle things without causing major upset or offence.

My point was basically saying is combody was coming into question enough times to collect 24 black marks.... the sensiblity of offering a "second chance" is probaly not there. I personally agree with you though, there are some major flaws in the punishment system. In my personaly opinion: Offensive language rule break: 1 black mark Offencive language rule break, second offence: 2 black marks 3rd time: perm ban. It is clear that the user is ignoring warnings and has no intention of changing his ways, this player in my view has no place in the community. However factors shoudl be taken in to mind, what was the time scale between offences? If there was a matter of years between offence 2 and 3 then a perm ban is uncalled for, it's a slip up and should be one black mark again. However the original offences shoudl retain in effect. A player broke the rule and it should be recorded as such. Now this is my only my view point. and sadly it does not work like this. The system does need working on. However my point still stands....... a player who collected 24 black marks is obviousally doing somthing wrong and is not learning from it. I think my only problem with them is it made the gloves usless..... previousally (like the female modle) they wend up the arm.... and where definatly differnt! now they are just black gloves.

Intresting solution that I have not heard before! but would have serious impact ont he combat system.... I am not sure how sensible it is. Looking that the current system it would never be possible for a player to get more than 214,748,364.7 xp (214M)in any given skill, although the limit is artifically lowered to 200millon to look tidy :) This means that the max possible level we could get is 125. I dont really this this is right for the game. I personally (as a non player killer) dont care about the level 99 limit for hp..... or any other skill. It is a feature of the game and we should just cope with it, that little bit of extra danger makes it oh so more intresting! even if you raise the level to 125, if you get a guy with dds prayer, fighter torso, fire cape pots, food........ your gonna be dead no matter what happens! I personally dont this your solution is right for this game though.... maybe a differnt one.

Personaly I dont like london, like many other major cities people are alwasy rushing and very often rude. If you want to see the real england you need to come up North.... there is a little thing you may hear alot about in England......"the north south devide" Alot of southeners dont like northeners and northeners dont like southeners..... It's not everybody but it is a clear devide when looking at the bigger picture. North is better :) "whats the best place in Engalnd" I hear you yell! Rouges den is the fastest place, but if you have a low cooking level i recomend lumbridge castle.

Personally I liek the new one! But prefer the old one.... I will live with it though, I own one and am more than happy with it.
