That is complete BS. My resume is just under 3 pages long and I have employers calling me the majority of the time where my listed skills and previous history meet their requirements. I also tend to attach references along with my resume and letter of application, gets it up to about 6 pages or there abouts in total. I wouldn't. Have your: Address, phone number, email and mobile (if applicable) in the header. Then: your FULL NAME (as is on your birth cirtificate - do NOT use prefered names / nicknames) Work History (decending order) Volunteer Work (decending order) Education (decending order) Skills / Qualifications / Awards / Licences (dates obtained - decending) Referees (alphabetical - full name, position, institution / company / address & phone number)
  2. You can chose to leave a ghost topic in the forum a topic was moved from. So if people come looking for it, they'll get redirected to the new location. The ghost can then be deleted at a later time. Which, IMO, is how most "wrong forum" posts should be handled. Especially if they're remotely decent, just misplaced. I rarely see topics get moved. Just locked with "wrong forum" messages. That or people just don't leave ghost topics anymore *shrug*
  3. Gotta bump this just to pick on Weez a bit. he's a hardcore medic (ChineseMedic if anyone wants to lookup his stats) and we had a little chat on xfire earlier yesterday about how he'd never get his expert medic-combat since he hardly gets over 20 kills with medic... And since I was having a play around with the medic kit, to be able to get veteran medic combat and first aid.. I came out with this on my second round of play: First time on the round I got 124, iirc. Then in the second round half the people went medic after the only people i didn't beat were the commanders :P Should've taken a screen shot of that round, but meh.
  4. It's already breaking me down, and I've only been doing it since late July :uhh: If I take a break, it's a 30 minute power-nap at most. Hence only a few hours of sleep per night. It's hardly solid few hours, it's always staggered #-o
  5. If I do anything other what I'm meant to be doing, everything just gets worse.
  6. And how expensive could it be to shoot them with a single bullet in the head then burn the body and dump it in some mass-grave? Go cheap like the people you're executing. Doesn't have to be multi-million dollar humane deaths all the time.
  7. I'm for the Code of Hammurabi. That was my basic stance in the last topic and it hasn't changed much.

3d bronze or whatever it is. it's one of the styles that comes with windows, so meah. close enough to generic.
  9. Don't forget that for some people, if you do a whois on their domain, you can get a lot more than just their name. @Cameron: You can get more than that :P
  10. Challenge 40 on Perfect Dark. Damn bloody myans are blurs #-o

    Aye! :P
  12. I drink the following warm or cold: Coke Pepsi Fanta Sprite Jolt Cola V Red Bull Anything else is always cold. Doesn't usually bother me either way. Even in summer, so long as it's a liquid (not alcohol) it's fine with me.

By my last post, i meant that North America is the only country that'll get the GC version of Twilight Princess. Just to clear up any confusion.

On the topic of TP, seems like it'll only be a GC title in North America :-?
  16. I'm the essence of peer pressure sometimes :P I seem to be able to talk people into doing things they normally wouldn't do \

  19. you'll have to forgive the cudeness of this, but shazam. i have no baloons atm, but i'm sure you can work out where it goes :P punctured the card at both ends so the paperclip can "loop" through it I then used the 3rd one to brace the others (stop them moving together / apart while traveling) the straw sits in the bottom loop of the card just for more stability. didn't really have time, but use tape to fold up the edges a bit towards the paper clips. so it's a weak curve (just so the weight can't slide off the edges and such). and that's it. the tops of the paperclips sit on the string, and you're done. That should work :ohnoes:

If all the "post your awesome fights here" topics were left in one, and not locked when they got over ten, it'd be up around the 80-90 pages by now.. but that's not the biggest I've seen. I have seen giaa topics well into the thousands, and some of them are small, in comparison to others.
  21. Reminds you of KnightLite, no? Or was it knightLight. Meah. anyhow, if it's going to save lives, good stuff.
  22. :ugh: Legal copy or not, if the video card can't support it, it wont run.
  23. Just so you're aware, battlefield 2 requires a 128mb video card (with direct x 9.0c) from the following range: NVidia GeForce FX 5700 (or above) ATI Raedon 8500 (or above)
  24. Sounds like your video card doesn't meat the requirements. Specs of video card? And if you downloaded the entire game (not just the 1.4 patch) then no more help for you.
