  1. Yea, I messed around with it not long after my post and got it work. Looked like crap since it was a 2min hack on the html and the header px height was added to the 100% page height to push the footer down, etc. So much annoying trash. Now I remember why I build the layout using filled div elements and deal with content later  I was def missing something, but didn't have the time to look for it.
  2. Tried using height: 100%; min-height: 100%; for the html and body tags before using it on div elements? They can't inherent a % without knowing how much the parent is using.
  3. Got the complete Futurama series the other day. American Dad and Family Guy soon to follow. Win. Now all that needs to be done is get the remaining 15 seasons of the Simpsons, Stargate Atlantis, Stargate Universe and I'll pretty much have every TV show that I want on DVD... that's a little scary actually.

    1. They shutdown a sharing network, sue for damages and win. 2. Find another network that has "replaced" the previous one 3. Go to #1 Although finding networks they can actually go after in court.. totally different issue entirely.

While this will be a problem for other sites, nothing will actually change in terms of stopping piracy. You shut one down, more pop up, most of which are underground. Hell, IRC is still infested with places to get almost anything and the RIAA hasn't even tried attacking servers that allow the distribution of copyright material. Basically, they're getting "filthy rich" while losing the battle. So I don't see them stopping. Way too profitable for them to just give up.
  6. Yea.. it's looking like Travian meets AoM. Interesting stuff. Doubt I'd play it tho.
  7. *facepalm*
  8. E:\Media\Audio\Albums\Artist\<album_name>\[disk\]artistName_albumName_[disc_]trackNum_trackTitle E:\Media\Audio\Compilations\<compilation_name>\ E:\Media\Audio\Soundtracks And I'll finish this later. From the general look of things.. it's organized a bit too well.

That's what I thought too. Edit: Pressure plates never made any sense to me as I've seen many large vehicles (usually Army) not be registered since they say so far above the ground. Quite a few lifted 4x4's around here also have that problem at certain traffic lights. Had it happen to me quite a few times. Being outside the magnetic field ftl.
  10. Pre-ordered GoldenEye for Wii the other day. Should be interesting.
  11. Not that I know of.
  12. Just bought about $1000 worth of DVD's for $200 at Borders. I love 3 for $25 sales - especially when the only restrictions are no blu-ray and no more than 2 discs per box. So while you can't get most tv series, and some good dvd boxsets, still managed to pick up new release SE/LE/CE DVD's for $8.33 rather than $55 or something. Win.

Haven't used it for quite a while :-\
  14. I'm still surprised that IE9 is apparently up to date with web standards... We shall see in due time.

  16. In all seriousness, the only thing you need worry about (spider wise) in Sydney is the Sydney Funnel Web Spider. Other than that you're sweet. Drop bears are more rural, but always watch the trees. Those suckers like to wander a bit close to suburbia sometimes.
  17. The only burger I really liked at McDonalds was the McOz. Then that went "seasonal" then only during the Olympics (highly modified) then scraped entirely. And they charge for "mayo" whereas HJ doesn't. Gets annoying sometimes.

Perfect Dark needs a sequel it can be proud of. Perfect Dark Zero was trash.
  19. BK/HJ purely because I can get the full menu at time of day. Not stuck with the damn breakfast for 5hrs or whatever it is in the morning. Sometimes you just don't feel like a bacon/sausage and egg muffin. They should make their breakfast all day tho.. that'd rock. :shades: Edit: And I still prefer Big Chief over both of them.
  20. I'm still very much a Fedora person but will most likely be moving to Ubuntu with the next laptop/desktop that I obtain.
  21. saw on the news tonight that a dude burnt (smoked) pages from the Qu'ran and bible, so..

Don't remember it. Most likely in primary school. Actually, definitely in primary school. Grade 3 I think... after that, Grade 8 camp is the next kiss I can recall.. and it was more along the longs of just making out, and so on. Didn't lead anywhere.
  23. Lol, good luck :P Well, first thing I'm doing is making an admin panel for them so all they have to do is upload the image and attach a caption to it. No more of this insert the image into this page here, make sure the source for it is in this folder here, etc. Did I mention there was no database? *shudders* I haven't met dev's with this mindset since like '95.
  24. The guy went there armed "in case something happened" and admitted to that fact in an interview. IMO that's premeditation. He should have been done for manslaughter at the very least based on the claim he wasn't going to use it unless something happened. I'd see it as self defence if he had knifed the victim with something from the victims home. Not something he brought in with him.
  25. Starting to remake the entire website for my work in HTML5.... should be interesting. Current guy who made it is a complete tard and very backwards.. doesn't even use css... *Sigh*
