  1. Innocence. And non-hairy creatures. No, do go on. I'm curious to know what you have against peninsulas, ya jerk.
  2. Exactly. The very reason I come to the internet is for the controversies and different attitudes I get to see. And sometimes I like it when people disagree with me. You have a whole bunch of groups on the internet (the memers, the serious debaters, the trolls, the spammers, the socializers, the smartasses). You might not personally like some of them, but the collection of all of those groups together is what gives us the internet as we know it. A wide array of different personalities and ideas. Imagine how boring the internet would be if everyone was a Qeltar.
  3. I got 100% on Dragon Force today! on easy God that song is such a piece of [lettuce]. ---- On a lighter note, I downloaded some World Tour songs that other people made. Gerudo Valley from Ocarina of Time is up there. It was pretty fun to play too. :shades:

My opinion is not based on the difficulty of interpreting the meaning or whatever. I mean that the book really took a blow on my soul. It was like eating 10 Sour Warheads at once. Or having "one of those days" - only condensed into a book. I would even go as far as saying it's analogous to watching Grey's Anatomy. *shivers* Yeah, it was just a very bad experience overall.
  5. What the hell? Am I the only one in the world who thinks GTA4 was good and every other GTA (except 1 and 2 [never played]) sucked?
  6. Regret: Reading Lord of the Flies. I tried repressing that sorrowful memory, but then someone mentioned it on here today and now I'm having horrible flashbacks. :(

I would strongly advice against reading the book and taking the F. Seriously, I'm warning you.
  8. I'm boggled that they even allowed it. How can you expect people to not post inappropriate things in a thread about [bleep]?
  9. Being 19, a virgin, never had a girl friend or kissed anyone? That worse? At least you have your Eevee. Some people don't even have that.

I used to be militant about the usage of LOL. Now I just see it as a convenient little icebreaker, when used in moderation of course. I do hate FTW though.
  11. I agree. Rapes might be underreported, but when it comes down to a woman's word against a man's, who do you think they're most likely going to side with? But the duty of the court is to represent the state. Whether that's really what Israel's general attitude is or not, that's what their court system is exhibiting to us unless they appeal it or something.
  12. Stop trying to mask the fact that you can't get none! :shame: On topic: The word "rape" is thrown around an awful lot nowadays. If he lied and told her he was a millionaire, then she had sex with him because of that, would that be considered rape? Like someone said earlier, it's a real slap in the face to people who actually were raped.
  13. My brother dared me to eat a strawberry cream wafer with French dressing on it. The combination of sweetness from the wafer and the bitterness from the dressing almost made me puke. I couldn't even swallow it.
  14. That's exactly why I can say that. That piece of crap is what they're extolled for? PS: Look at the characters in Oblivion and try not to have nightmares.
  15. Love them. Of course they have a large chunk of songs that I can't stand listening to, but overall I'd say they're a good band with a great sound. I love the live video of this song when Flea is wearing a skeleton suit. Sweet solo at the end.
  16. I used to like it, but now I don't see what I ever saw in that game. Bethesda is easily one of the worst gaming companies I've ever encountered.
  17. The whole collection of Gamestop employees in my town. I now hate them more than I hate hardcores, gangsters, the government, murderers, etc.
  18. Nowadays I'm quite proud of nearly everything I do, aside from being a bum and using a forum. I will fix the first one someday. As for the second, I'm here to stay. I never want to be perfect.
  19. I swear you linked to the exact same thing on the new years resolution thread last year Yes, I did, and people are making the same mistakes. Same problem same solution. "Lose weight"; "Get more active"; "Build some muscle"; "Get healthy", "Get ripped", etc. ad infinitum. You don't define a goal, you won't make it. And if you don't take it in steps or learn to appreciate the little gains you definitely won't make it. You'll just be that crowd I see every January at the gym that seems to magically dissappear by February. Don't be in that crowd. I despise that crowd. "Become a better person"; "Get better grades"; "Do better in school"; "Take chances", etc. Ambiguous resolutions, because they aren't defined, are hard to accomplish and offer little drive. Don't forget to account for human nature. The resolutions are definitely better than last year: more realistic and defined (the health ones are the main problem I'd say). Still, if you don't change the way you state your goals you'll probably fail at 'em. Or rather, you'll succeed but nowhere near the level you want. You don't have to listen to me if you don't want, but this stuff is backed by science. SCIENCE. Science is never wrong. Like, ever. Watch commercials, that's what they say. What do you want us to say? "I will take 50% more showers."? Of course that is a more effective way if you are really that dedicated, but realistically, resolutions are just a [fun] little method of pointing at your own flaws over the past year and seeing how you could better yourself. I never really took resolutions as something that was meant to be a life-changing tactic. Those should occur when the need arises, not every January 1st.
  20. Doghouse I was hoping everyone would die in that movie. Oh my god. :-(
  21. Amon Amarth - Gods of War Arise is always a good listen while pillaging villages.

    Black Nikes. No exceptions.

That's not a good reason to hate somebody. I feel bad for those people.
