It is a drawing by someone at Jagex, so they might have used that staff. It isn't a fake rofl, I don't know if you've been on the Runescape website recently but it's at the top 24/7 now.

OMFG -.- This is a combination of the worst and saddest efforts at a fake that I have ever seen. The picture is just a freaking drawing! The guy just has a blue cape on! There is a dragon flying around breathing fire at a random island too but that doesn't mean that it's coming out soon. Also, that Sailing highscores picture... lol. Worst fake drawing I've ever seen, and definitely not even near the quality of any of the others.

Yeah, I found this wierd too. They say "observant players" as if people have just, (Shock horror! :o ) noticed that the two halves make a kite not a square, but people have known this for years. The fact that they are only just rectifying it is suspicious, and with the D full helm realeased recently(ish), maybe D kiteshield will be the next thing to go. It's also strange that they released the mock Dragon Kites sold by Diango recently too.

I agreed with your title, but when I read your post and found that you think that they actually will work if they're organised I wasn't sure whether to laugh or facepalm. Riots irl only work because it's physical violence on other people that is impossible to ignore, I highly doubt that Jagex cares about a collection of pixels in one area of their map. The only people you are inconveniencing by rioting are the rioteres themselves, and perhaps any people who use that world as their homeworld. By making it organised it just causes more inconvenience for payers who have to organise it etc. Either don't riot or quit.

Dual wielding would only serve to make the differences between weapons twice as noticeable. They would have to power up 2h swords loads if they were going to introduce this, and I honestly don't think that they ever will.

I joined a claying community cia a real life friend who has quit now. Most of my best RS mates are on that clanchat and we go to DKs, GWD etc. I also make friends simply with people I meet on Slayer tasks and stuff.

Very modest of you to try to stuff all your best items into your invent while taking the screeny. ;) But gratz btw lol.
