During my marathon peak, I was getting awfully close to completing it, i got 18.6. But I've never got close, before or after that, so I can't really count it as my normal condition (I developed a different 'kind' of fitness from rugby to marathon during the time, and had to get my rugby 'type' back). In rugby mode, I've hit 16 something. Just tell yourself this, after stage 12, it hurts more to stop.
