I think they should at least send them back to jail, because the are people and people shouldn't be forced to live under bridges. In fact, something like that might force them to go after children again, or some other crime, so they have to go back to jail.

Intresting article, never seen it from that perspective really. Only problem i seen was the earth to runescape comparison, as earth does have these rules, they just arent programmed in but rather enforced by other people.
