I agree, I wouldn't like to bleed to death in that situation. But regardless of what I would like, if I were to pass out and people would flock to me to find out if I were alright, would I be asking for attention? I am simply saying that what you said is wrong. And yes, this is my truth, I think I am right. If I am not, please point out to me how I am not. Over the years I have gotten into plenty of discussions with other people because we both thought we were right. When that person would point out to me how I was wrong and I saw and understood how I was wrong I wouldn't mind admitting I was wrong. I've been going off-topic without really answering your 'strong closer', the kind of attention I seek and why... Well, I for one don't go around showing my lvls, the only time I tell someone my lvl is when I get asked. I can't honestly say what kind of attention it is that I seek, don't know the word for it. I like it when someone compliments me on a lvl or something, but I don't seek it out. The attention I seek out is in the form of a nice conversation. Besides that I don't really seek out attention. And why do I do it? I like good conversations. :lol: I can see why people would want to seek recognition, maybe I do too subconsciously. It's nice to be the best at something, it's even better when people confirm it. I just seek recognition in real-life and not in a game, that's all. As for scammers, liars and the sort. I'm guessing scammers do it for recognition too. The scamming is just a means to an end, it's people that admire their money and armor etc that they seek. As for the liars that won't admit they're wrong, I stick to what other people have said, self-defense mechanism. When they are in a tight spot, they get all defensive and stick to themselves being right no matter what.

I've read the whole thread and as far as I remember he has never said that he never seeks attention. The 'fact' of the matter is, not everything in ones life is centered around attracting attention. Let's take single player games for example, do you think people play single player games to attract attention? I don't think so. They might in some cases, but generally, I don't think so. Now to take an example for multiplayer games, let's say you are walking through a store looking for something you want to buy. Do you honestly care about what everyone in that store thinks of you, or do you care what people thought about you as you were walking towards the store? I don't want people to think negatively about me, so I make sure I don't stink or go there naked, but I don't do things to make them think better of me. I don't go there in my best clothes so people will think I look good. The same can be the case for runescape. I don't go around saying dumb things to everyone, I don't want them to think negatively about me, but I don't go around seeking attention either. Now I have to admit (I am not ashamed of this, because I feel there doesn't have to be anything wrong with it) I do seek attention, but not through skills. I just like talking to my friends and if I help someone and they say 'you're awesome' I like that, just like any other human. But, not everyone seeks attention. As an example about myself I take an online fps. It was a game that had almost no single player options, it was designed for multiple players. So I played it online, yet I didn't give an flying donkey about what they thought of me, I played purely for fun, I didn't even talk to anyone. that's a good idea, except for one thing. the tip.it crew is usually busy already, and making all types would be a lot of work. since it's been stated that tip.it is a little lacking in laborers *ahem* volunteers. O:) If Tip.It can make such a wonderful Item DataBase, I'm sure they could do every type if the poll implies that would be the best option. Which probably is. I've looked at the results of the poll and it seems to imply that most people want the image maps. That's the most work and even that isn't a huge amount, the rest is just a couple of hyperlinks. Well, ok, the image maps are also just links but then with some cỏ̮̦̉rdinates, but it's still some more work. I really fail to see how an extra little list of hrefs beneath each map would be so much extra work. Of course there are a whole lot of maps, but still, it's only some links. :?

I don't know if my 'thing' counts, but I miss the exp from the old days. Things like Pest Control really ruined a large aspect of Runescape in my opinion, it was already bad with the release of rs2, but things like pc and pyramid plunder made it really bad. Note: By this I do not mean I hate people who use pest control and I understand the fact that with time rs is going to get easier and easier, it is more about skills becoming so easy I don't have that much respect for people anymore when they are lvl 126... I use to look in awe at someone with lvl 100 combat, these days it's just plain common. And of course it was becoming more common regardless of pc because a lot of people have had way longer to play since classic, but even if we were still in classic and lvl 100 cb had become extremely common, I would have great respect for these people, with pc I lost that.

Are you retarted? People are buying them for 1.7k ea, thats merch price, you can get for under 2.1k ea, READ THE POST! And there is no way Im going to buy them, not till prices fall anyway. This is only good for stakers, and normal players, PKer pures wont get 70 def for that extra bonus... He is talking about a long time ago, not just before the update (I think). And yes, I remember the price for dragon bones was about 2.5k each just half a year ago and people bought them at that price without complaining. I think the price dropped because of the big influx of green dragon killers.

Sending a bug report to jagex is the only suggestion I can think of, sorry.

You have to remember that the ruby special doesn't count for max hp, but current. So the first hit would be 50 max, but the second hit would be 40 max. The third would be 32 max... I think the dragonstone bolts would be a better choice. :wink: Edit: forgot to say, I keep saying max because for example there is the possibility that you do normal damage after the first special which would make the damage of the second special even lower.

People are saying world 99 is the new rold for pest control, but I can't speak out of my own experience, since I don't do pest control....

Caged ogres :?: Anyways, no, in my opinion the greater demons are too high for you to get much ranged exp... Caged ogres on the other hand :lol: are pretty nice exp (in the king lathas training ground). And there are always the fire giants, they are great for ranged exp, but a bit crowded in the waterfall dungeon at peak hours.

I don't know if you get an exp reward for completing the quest, but I do know you get to set your respawn spot to camelot and you open up the minigame (sort of minigame) where you have to fight the knights, which spawns its own reward: 20K hp exp, 20K defence exp, 20k strenght exp, 20k attack exp and access to the 2 new prayers.

I am going to ask something which I bet no one will listen to, but I'm asking it anyway. :P Please, read what I and others have said! Runescape is constantly being developed, new things are put into the game every month. Now ask yourself, why in gods name would the tasks or the reward have to be something that is already in the game. Think about the reward for the hard task on karamja. A mine with gem rocks which you can teleport to using the hard gloves. That is a new area, not an existing one. Why on earth wouldn't it be the same for Varrock. Use your imagination and you will hopefully see there are plenty of possibilities... No! Not one small favor again! :ohnoes:

Might as well pm me too. O:) Anyways, went I read your question I went through the archive of wisdom in search of a certain guide, but I can't seem to find it. Been a long time since I've read it, but it was very extensive and a good read. Anyways, the conclusion was that pc (the old version mind you) was the best possible exp. The author was lvl 126, so keep that in mind with this tip... The second best melee training according to him was experiments (but he didn't advice this because it was so crowded) and the third best was moss giants with super attack and strength pots. I don't remember the exact amounts, but if I remember correctly he was getting 70k+ melee exp per hour. I haven't tried it myself, but I would say it is at the very least worth a shot.

I hear people say crafting fires with duel rings is some nice exp.

Train runecrafting to 44 and start making nats through the abyss. You'll have that 3 mill in no time at all. :wink:

As far as I know the only immune beings are creatures that can use fire breath themselves and players who wear the anti-dragon shield, so that would mean it should work. :wink:
