  1. Uni was very high 100m+ but they crashed horribly. Today I've seen them go for 20m-30m.
  2. Actually, of weapons in the same tier, the faster weapon is always better.
  3. Some people do Dung for fun. Some people do Dung of EXP. They don't mix.
  4. Btw, has anybody realized that most of the people here arguing against crashing can't crash others and are likely to get crashed?

Looks like g.e is my only hope then. Corp is horrible +when it comes to drops, my luck has ran out :wall: The luck required to snipe a Elysian is mucch higher than getting 2 Elysian Sigil drops from Corp.
  7. If you have acess to rocktails, this should be a cakewalk for you. Just drop a cannon and safe like a pig. Even 10 HP pures can do it, though they do have prayer to make up for the 1 hit potential.
  8. Getting rid of junk. You can loan it out 100k/h EASILY in W2. Essentially, whenever I get junk through buying a item with high street value, I can offload it very quickly.
  9. Teleport to Ourania, craft, teleport to Cwars, bank. Repeat. This method is only good if you can get rid of junk easily, just do a teleport to moonclan if you can't.
  10. Its a wonder why nobody ever considers the Healer Hat http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2item_id=6643
  11. The +10% Void Mace is very nice, as with the slightly cheaper cost of Claws. I however, Flames reduces magic levels by a set number(5) as opposed to 5% from Claws. This will usually mean that Guthix has better defensive reductions because monsters have hand modded stats as opposed to players. High level bosses have a ridiculously high amount of Defense on top of the standard stab/slash/crush defense to ensure that their overall chance of dodge attacks is very high. Monsters generally don't have much magic anyways, so their magic will get drained quickly.
  12. I would go with the hood. Its simply so versatile and useful. If nothing it will save you a lot of food simply running around opening doors. As for CR vs CLS, I would say CR without a doubt. In my eyes this is simply parallel to Scim vs Long. For slayer, Rapier is simply better because you do more damage with it. When comparing weapons of similar stats, speed in Runescape is almost completely the defining factor. The speed of Rapier easily puts it ahead CLS in terms of DPS. The reason many high levels seem to like CLS is because it is a mix between a hard hitting weapon like a Godsword, but slightly faster. Really, however, its uses are really limited when it comes to outperforming a CR. The only time this can happen is on monsters with low health, low enough for a maxed out player is maximum offensive bonuses to consistently be able to kill in two hits.
  13. Eating Dung. Simply because it doesn't involve running in circles like every other skill
  14. Stealing bronze maces from the Witch's house
  15. Well, Bandos Chest and Tassets are a safe way to go on expanding your gear. If you don't already have a Warrior Ring, get one. A Zerker is nice too. If you want to tank a bit more, consider a DFS. Additionally, I would spend some of that cash on getting a Fire Cape, which should be extremely easy with your stats. Of course, you could just go buy whatever skill you want to buy.
  16. Well, Void's 10% Damage and Accuracy works with everything. Even with Void, you should still flick Eagle Eye and Piety. There is no reason not to, even though your prayer bonus is slightly less. You won't spend much more on Prayer Potions anyways.
  17. With the stacking of Battle Robes, and the magic damage amplifiers of SoL and Stream, would it be better(more efficient) to use Barrage now? I'm not clear on the details, but it seems like Barrage's damage is significantly higher because it is percentage based.

  19. Of course DPS doesnt always win, but good luck trying to KO when your opponent can eat twice, three, maybe even 4 times between hits. Claw spec is not reliant on speed. People can't simply eat eat eat eat eat the entire fight. You have to take a chance or you cannot win. Sure, you can slow melee, but I'm going to keep barraging you will you eat. Once you get low, one hit is all that is required. Lets not even forget you can eat at the maximum of 2 food per attack cycle, even if the opponant is pure melee. Many specs require the two hits, most claws/DDS specs i see KO on the 2nd or 3rd hit. Plus he will be outdamaging you by loads, which means you will more likely have to eat more giving him more of a chance to KO. Sure, if you switch to mage its all well and truely, but having to use melee and range for nothing but the KO is a bit tarded. No matter how you spin it, halving attack speed is a pretty big disadvantage. If executed properly 1 claw spec is more than sufficient. 'He" won't be outdamaging me by the loads because I am not stupid and will just stand there melee/ranging, I will start using magic. Because magic speed is normalized, I can always out-eat the damage. Even if you do miasmic me, what stops me from spamming Blood Barrages? Even if you spam miasmic, and do more damage, I can easily out eat the damage. Also, remember that even if it was pure melee vs pure magic, even with miasmic melee can still do much more damage. While slower, even a rapier's maximum hit surpasses that of miasmic barrage. Not to mention that melee is not as restrictive to armor, and can use Karils. For ranging, this is even easier. In full range gear and using even dragon darts, you will still do more damage. Magic itself is very weak. It is by no means overpowered. Even at half attack speed, magic is still severely limited due to the weak armor required, and the ability for melee and rangers to slap on karils and significantly reduce damage. Besides, magic has no KO potential at all.

Safers can win, I've seen it happen quite a bit. Not in real high level hybriding. Granted this may happen with pures, but by safing you only win when your opponent takes a gamble. If you miasmic me and start eating, i'm just going o walk out.
  21. This is the thing, however. Unlike games like WoW, this simply lets people amass money. This isn't a problem in WoW because boss mechanics don't allow under qualified people to defeat bosses. In Runescape all person needs is some prayer potions and some rocktails. This would simply allow lower levelled players to start getting these GWD items, crashing the market on those and inflating the buyable skills. If everybody can make crazy amounts of money, then why do something like collect herbs. This will force the market on boss drops to crash, and raw goods to skyrocket to a point where you will need to be almost completely self sufficient.
  22. Another tell-tale sign is that if you see a little blue orb on it, it is a LvL4
  23. frosties arent a boss@@@ they just make lots of gp/hr and they arent that crowded but after the dungeoneering update they probably will be more crowded but most people that have the willingness to camp frosties are so high lvled anyway tds are harder than gwd i agree lol i support an instanced boss like a tormented demon. TDs are about as much of a "boss" as frostys. Probably less. I have to disagree about instancing. In games like WoW, money is, almost superfluous. Gear has to be earned. You can't just go buy everything. That way, makign hard bosses and introducing gear is not much of a problem. By instancing RS bosses, the GE will get saturated by boss drops. This will drive the prices crashing down on our heads. Making things uncrashable is making this game a single player game.
  24. There are some good pieces...3a Magic Ammy and Hood have the highest non-degradable magic bonuses. Although I don't think people are angry, but they did screw up the economy even more.
