In-game boyfriends/girlfriends
I don't go out looking for a bf/gf in-game, nor do i accept any "requests" for such. However, I can't say I have any problem against it, unless...of course all that one person does all day is running around begging for bf/gf. ~Dan

Tip.it P2P Hi-score List
Due to the fact that it is impossible for me to get on the list as Lil Dan Def. Can you add: Runescape Name: Ddaanniiellh Thanks. ~Dan

Your first Tip.It post
Although you cannot find it anymore, i remember my first 2 posts here were both questions about Melzar's maze key and Amulet of Accuracy (Whether or not you can get another one after the quest). ~Dan

LOCK PLEASE
Before I answer your question...what are you combat stats? Being Level 64 does not tell us in anyway what kind of player you are (pure, rune pure, balanced, mage, ranged etc). Also, please spell check your posts before you post them, it makes it really hard to read if you don't. ~Dan

I wanna trim my cape too!
Thats one requirement... All the highest requirements added together adds up to over 10m experience needed, and thats if you have the bare minimum, and perfectly balanced combat stats (for 85 combat). The remaining time that it takes to do the quests, plus the costs used during the quests could easily compare to that more than several capes. ~Dan

Achievement Capes' Respect
I'll respect any cape as long as you are not just doing it to get the 99. If that is so, then you shouldn't be wearing that cape. If you do a skill, and you enjoy it, then kudos for you. If you get 99 cooking or fletching and go beyond the 99 limit (~13m xp), then you have my respect. ~Dan

Self-Sufficiency vs. Bought Skills
I will say I bought almost all my fish for 99 cooking, on Ddaanniiellh, however, only because at the time, cooking was actually profitable. On Lil Dan Def, I have yet to buy a single fish (up to 80 cooking). I guess I can do it both ways if i want. ~Dan

~The Origin Of Slayer!~
Very interesting find...but I really think this should be moved to General Discussion, as there is no debate here. ~Dan

More rare then a Christmas Cracker in Runescape now.
Really? Then whats this I see with rising food and potion prices recently? Also, you're in NO WAY REQUIRED to go pk, or do anything else dangerous before these updates, therefore by your logic, it was always dangerless. Also, when did they state that there is no way that the minority of people that bought gold would ever hurt our gaming experience. I saw in the development diaries that with all all the stolen credit cards (to make bots) and mass gold that they're selling, was going to force Jagex to perhaps shut down RS, but other than that...no damage at all. ~Dan

Revenants
I think that Revs should actually receive an amount of IQ (That they don't attack people who are 30 levels higher than them -.-) and also that they could either team up or attack one another, if they are within level range, making it simulate the old wilderness more. ~Dan

Achievement Capes' Respect
I must say that the total xp that you need for the quest cape is a lot higher than 3m, it adds up to close to But it is definitely higher than 3m [70 cooking req + 85 cmb req + 75 wcing req + reqs for Rocking Out already surpass 3m]) Also, the reqs for the quests keep increasing so the amount of effort to get the cape continuously increase every month. ~Dan

Tip.it P2P Hi-score List
I find it rather annoying that it has to be based on overall level. As many skillers and f2pers will be first to go on the list and we do deserve a chance to be on the list. Perhaps create several different lists for f2pers/skillers? ~Dan

I wanna trim my cape too!
I highly disagree with the quest cape being the least respected cape. The 2 most common factor that goes into how much a quest cape is respected is time and cost. The amount of time that it takes to complete all of the quests takes a decent amount of time, in compared to the amount of time it takes to get 99 in certain skills. Also, during the quests, you spend a lot of money on necessary supplies for the quests, although obviously not as much as skills such as prayer or summoning, but can still require a good amount, especially if you are low leveled (aka borderline combat for quest cape) or if you are incapable of doing things such as solving the puzzle in MM. The cape may not be as respected due to the many quest guides out there, but it still is a rather time and money consuming cape that balances all skills. (And yes, I've had the quest cape too) ~Dan

I wanna trim my cape too!
There was a post about the requirements to get a quest cape, and the amount of xp it adds up to is only around 8m i believe, however with the new recent quests, maybe an increase in about another mil. However, imo, it takes a lot more skill and patience to get a quest cape, despite the guides out there, than many of the skill capes out there. Also, should definitely receive a trim once you complete something such as all the achievement diaries (After a few more are released) ~Dan

What skill could YOU live without?
Honestly, one skill that I can live without is runecrafting. I could simply get all my runes from monster drops, and have them actually worth the good amount that they used to be before they were craftable. Also, 99 magic would also be a heck lot more respectable to have. ~Dan

Slayer points
If i ever come back around to do this...here would be my top 3. Warped Terrorbirds Spiritual Rangers Maybe Turoths...they seem to drop a good amount of clues, but take too long to kill. or else Jungle Horrors ~Dan

Riots WILL NOT WORK
Can you show me a quote or a link to where you got the information that they are rioting for pking with gravestones? (I'm interested in seeing this) I see that if they implement that, it would simply get more people complaining (Pkers that they don't get the same loot, and people who like the no-wildy-pker situation complaining) ~Dan

Achievement/Skill Capes F2P?
However, agility gives you a different ability, one to run away from opponents, it does not give you an advantage combat wise. And unless you have 99 agility, the amount of energy recovered is still not major in comparison to a skill cape's extra defense and prayer bonuses. Even with 1 agility, you could easily run all the way from the center to the edge of the cave with 100% energy. ~Dan

Welcome to the New Era
It was really hard to play without TIF up =[ I tried RSC...but too much focus on Pking and Combat based material...not much skilling discussion. ~Dan

lock please
Theoknight's post is the not the OP of this topic, it was lost during the rollback. The original suggestion was something along the lines of: Quest capes should be able to be trimmed after completing all the Achievement Diaries (After a few more come out) ~Dan

Achievement/Skill Capes F2P?
I do not agree that F2P is a trial, as a first point. However, OT: There makes no sense for a members object, that cannot be traded in F2P to become an item that can be equipped or unequipped on F2P. It gives an unfair advantage to people who BH on f2p, when the cape gives them an extra Defense and Prayer bonus. ~Dan

Gravestones (Getting Bugs and Suggestions back in Business)
I like the overall idea, but I think that in order for this to be implemented, the looted items cannot be rares or items worth over a certain amount, or else it allows RWTers to come back in business (in a sense). Perhaps set a limit of 100k (GE worth) looted max per grave, and also, not to allow anymore graves to be looted by that player during the time that the money is being given to them. Also, to all the people that say that gravestones should remain after you log-out, the items within the gravestone remain for the remainder of the time that the grave was blessed for, so the item may still be there and can remain up to an hour if the grave was blessed. ~Dan
