Well during the christmas update they did mention quite a few times that this 'snow' was magic. And you have to remember it is a game :P

I checked this out as soon as I heard the news of the recent/upcoming updates. The old limit for chests were 50k and now have been reduced to 1.5k.

Use Super energy Pots and Don't get distracted by reading or posting on forums because it slows you down a lot in the long run. (I am sometimes affected by the second tip hehe)

Even if new players don't have the globe in the future, they will still be able to get the snowballs when other people shake their snow globes, as when you shake them snow appears on the ground around you. The only thing is they wont be able to make the snow, they will have to use other peoples.
