Just because all the gold farming bots are gone doesn't mean the regular cheaters will go. There will still be a use for randoms BUT I still do agree with you to some point. The random events that give our rewards such as mime and camo should stay but the annoying ones like EVIL BOB, evil twin and Pinball etc.. should be taken out. And they should be much more random when you get them. Not every time you teleport!

I'm sorry to say it but you should check out RSOF more. I've read stupid posts saying stuff like "My brother killed himself from this new update" and so on. Now of course I don't know if it really is real or fake but I'm leaning towards a fake. If this was you, and your friend killed himself. Would you within 24 hours of the death taken place, make a post on a RuneScape forum talking about it? I doubt it. Other parts of this story don't really make sense. All of a sudden this guy got his friends account? Umm... from where?? Now if this is real, I am sorry but I highly doubt it was over a game update. It said he was already under pressure from other things in real life so it would have been from that. If you think about it, it still doesn't really make sense.

If Jagex didn't care then they wouldn't have tried to stop RWT in the first place. And what do you mean they were getting sick of our complaints and decided what to do regardless. They were being ranted at for having all these bots and "not doing anything about it". Well there you go, Jagex did do something about, and from what their Development Diaries state, they have been working on this since last year. Try to look on Jagex's side. They get ranted at for every update even when it has no effect on people. They get called named for doing nothing about the cheaters of runescape and everytime they try to fix something, or listen to their players, they get ranted at even more. Now I'm not saying I like these recent updates because I don't like them, infact I hate it. This update is the only update that I have felt like ranting at pretty much ever, but I chose not to (not including these types of posts) because I can see Jagex are trying. Give them a chance, I'm sure there either in the progress or thinking about better ways for these new systems to make others happy while still battling the RWT. To the posters above^^ You ask why Jagex don't act on riots. Uh, why would you? Yelling in an inappropiate mannar at Jagex for ruining the game and spamming is not the way to rant about a certain update. There is a rants forum for people to post their well thought rants down with a reasonable explanation as to why there is something wrong with this certain update/whatever. I do support ranting, but only when the reason is valid, as well as some methods and improvements that can make the certain area better. Anyway to sum up the post: You can't say Jagex don't care.

Yes, maybe quite a few people have quit within the last day due to the new update. But for one, most people who say they will quit, probably wont. New players are constantly joining the community and I don't think we'll see much change at all. Maybe for the next week or so, the amount of people playing will drop, and when the 95% of autoers that are gold farmers (yes, random guess) have gone due to being useless, we will see a declined number. But I do expect it to pick up again and i doubt that what you have forcasted will take place anytime soon. Hey, I could be completely wrong but this is my opinion.

Did anyone also think about dragon imps? Just say, one day I am skilling when I get a message from my friend: Dragon imp!!! He follows it for 5 minutes until I finally show up, catch it, and get 300 Dragon arrows. Thanks mate, I go away and buy just stuff, lucky me, while my friend who did most of the work gets nothing. It could also be the other way around where my friend says he found a d imp but he wants me to give it to him. Why would I waste some time, espically if I was in the middle of something important, to give someone a d imp. The whole idea of sharing the loot from imps, with friends, has now gone. Also there will be less arrow stealers now, if you are training with dragon arrows you wont need to worry about someone picking them up.

78 Magic! I did another 3 loots of barrows and nothing again but I saw I was 2k away from the next mage level so I alched a few items in my bank and there we go! I didn't get anywhere near as much time as I had planned to do agility, only got 50k over last 2 days. I plan to do some more now. Oh, and just one more level till 1850 total! Nab

I haven't been on RS since tuesday, after my agility level, so today I did some more agility and got about 100k xp. I hope to get to 89 tomorrow. I did two rounds of barrows but got nothing. I got 120 tears from TOG and I got a spirit seed from my kingdom :D As well as another red and blue egg along with my collection which should be good for summoning :) Also, I just changed into a girl for tomorrow's TET AU event. Thanks for the message trollman118 and yes, I do remember it was you :)

Uhh... They changed this many months ago so you cannot get randoms that teleport you while at the hunter spots where you lay traps. If this actually happened it must be a bug.
