This is true. Jagex had to stop all RWTs quickly and the recent updates is what they had to do to stop it. Now that these updates have taken place (or about to) and RWTs are gone, Jagex has more time to tweak these updates to find new systems that can replace the old and still be fun while keeping RWTs away! They said they want to hear people's suggestions and they are already planning stuff so just hang on and wait.
