I agree to a point. I work with a formerly illegal immigrant (worked with him while he was illegal, then we went back and became legal) and he's one of the nicest guys I know. Has a great work ethic, is starting a family of his own, and is the most grateful person I have ever met. We gave him some hand-me-down clothing for his kid and he thanked us for easily the next month. If it weren't for the overarching political/economical issues involved, I'd be all for it.
