I thought the first Cars was the weakest of any Pixar film, and from the previews the sequel doesn't look much better. I'm still waiting for a Monsters Inc. sequel. Anyone?

My suitemate was pre-med (well natural sciences with intentions of going into med school but it's the same thing really), and from what I heard from them, if you make it through all of the science classes before you have to apply, you're fine. The hardest part, according to them, is getting through classes like Organic Chemistry and Biology.

That's basically what I use it for. Instead of hauling around another electronic device (my iPod) to work, I just use my phone in the car.

Last day of vacation tomorrow. Actually looking forward to getting back to the real world as being cramped up with my parents all week is starting to drive me crazy. Don't get me wrong though, it's been fantastic.

Last night was, well, interesting. Made our way into Savannah, GA from Hilton Head, SC. to tour the haunted Sorrel-Weed House. My mom, who is deathly afraid of driving over bridges, had to pull over and let me switch seats with her so I could drive over it. [hide][/hide] Anywho, the tour started around 10:30. We made our way a couple of blocks down the road from the house that we would tour later on to one of the oldest cemeteries in Savannah and also the site of where the Union Army camped (and desecrated) when they made their way through town. Supposedly it's the most haunted cemetery in the area. After that, we made our way back to the house where we toured the carriage house, the basement, and the entire first floor. Our group was about 20 people, me being probably the 3rd youngest of all of us. We never saw anything during the tour (not like I expected to anyways), but we had some experiences with an EMF detector going off for a while and then suddenly stopping. I wouldn't say that I was necessarily scared or even creeped out at all. I surely thought I would feel something. In total we took around 300 pictures inside the house and around the cemetery. I'll be taking a look at them later today, but I doubt we captured anything there. I'm really glad we did this; it's always been something that I've wanted to do. Next time I'm hoping to have a smaller and longer tour, possible an entire overnight somewhere. That would be cool. This was sort of just getting our feet wet to see how we like it. Didn't want to raise the Paranormal Investigations topic from the dead.

Ghost tour scheduled for tonight in Savannah, GA. We'll see how this goes...

Saw the Black Keys for the 3rd time last night in Indianapolis with Booker T. Jones and Nicole Atkins & The Black Sea as opening acts. I was about 10 ft. from being front center stage. It was amazing. Booker T played 2 songs with the Black Keys, which was a really special moment considering how Booker T is like one of the main men associated with Stax records. Keep it running overnight when no one else uses your internet/computer. That's when I did the vast majority of my uploads. The more people using your internet, the slower the upload. Your internet will run slower while you are uploading music. Just the nature of the beast.

Well they are middle schoolers. Bush/Cheney is the only other administration that they know. They also haven't heard of many other historical figures that could be categorized as "worse".
