Lol, this makes me sad. I have 222 days, and 2221 total level.

They will have 80+ smithing, crafting, etc. requirements in the future. 90+ cb req's and 90+ cooking/fletching/woodcutting requirements in the future. Expensive or slow skills WILL have lvl 80+ requirements in quests and easy/fast skills will have 90+ in the future. I have no doubt this will happen within the next 3 years. I bet as time goes on, you will start seeing more quest requirements in the high 80's, but I doubt they will make any requirements above 90. They want to have some hard requirements, but not make it so that only the most elite players can get the quest cape. I can see sometime within the next 5 years the total XP for quest cape being somewhere around 5x a 99, but I don't really see it going much past that.

How much do I need to change the setup if I don't have turmoil or soul split. I'd just be using piety, which would not allow me to use the soul split flicking for healing. Would I need to significantly change the inventory to bring lot more food to compensate?

I don't understand why people think it is any harder to fake a video if it is filmed by hand. All you have to do is film your screen with a screen-recorder, do the editing, and then just play it back on your computer and film that with a camera. Makes it no harder to fake at all.

Im really sad I didn't keep my HP cape untrimmed. I wasn't aware of a method to do it for Members skills so had to trim it, and now I miss it :(

I would assume so. That calculation should come before it adds it to your total exp, which is when it can't add it. It will do all the calculations for the floor, get your base exp, bonuses, etc..., then get your exp. It will then divide it by 10 and floor it, get your tokens, then add it your current exp, which it won't be able to do. Then again, that's all just speculation and I don't have 200m DG xp so I don't know this for sure.

Yep, that's what I did. Got to 88 herb, then boosted to 92(Actually got the boost to 93 before I got 92, on like my second try) :P.

Random thing I noticed. Look at main site, and scroll to the bottom where it has all the links. The Clans and Community's now has links to Clans and Clan Hi-scores. Links are dead, but still.

Login servers are working on main site now. Still unable to actually log into the game though.

They're making it so it only takes the best hour from each member so it's not really a grind fest. It's just who can have the most efficient 1 hour of skilling.

That doesn't give you the lite version so will put an unnecessary load on Jagex's servers and might also take longer to extract. The lite version link is still the same so ImportDATA should still be working. If it's not for you, there might have been something else wrong. Also, the Cape should require you to continue finishing stuff. Like Krampell said, they just added the Lunar Spells, so those should be added to the requirements. When another new minigame comes out with difficult to get rewards, that should be added as well. This should not by any means be an easy to get cape. It should only be given to the best of the best. Hell, they could even require you to be a certain rank in different Minigames.

Yep, Night spider drops it. It is most common on Abandoned 2 floors (30-35) and is believed to have a drop rate around 15-20, although some people (Me) see around 30-40 night spiders without seeing a single Hood :(

Staff of light with Fire Surge is the best, although I'm not sure what's the best at level 80 magic. Also, bunyip should be good but if you want to last really long, bring a war tort and once you've gotten everything out of it, summon a bunyip.
