Well, I think about suicide every day. I never tell anyone though. So I'd be better off dead? Well since the poll doesn't really show my thoughts I'll add my own option; "I don't play anymore, but after seeing what has transpired over the past while, I will not be coming back." Wait it out people, Jagex will hopefully stand up and pull a miracle out of where the sun don't shine. Quitting over a few updates isn't the way to go.

+1 I quit playing in early August, but have kept track of the updates since then. Wow, 2007 was a year of hell (maybe the end?) for Runescape. By the looks of it, I will not be coming back anytime soon; if ever. Damn, and I thought when they changed staking it was bad, but this is just crazy. Well, enjoy summoning? :uhh:

Fixed it for you. If you managed to get 'hacked' four times within two months, wow, it is your fault buddy. Playing at school is stupid as you found out, no security what-so-ever really. I don't know how you got 'hacked' the other three times, but I am sure it was your own fault, either keylogger, easy recovery questions or an easy password. Get a decent anti-virus, spyware scanner, firewall, change your pass/bank pin and make harder recovery questions; should be MORE then enough to fully protect your account.

Without getting into a huge debate about it; yeah, more or less. I don't know if there is a god or not, no one for sure does either. But it makes more sense to me, personally, then some other theories of how the world might have been created. That's just one man's opinion after all. Like I've said in another thread, I'm kind of in between 'Agnostic-Catholic'. Not really sure what to believe. I don't really want to start a debate, so I'll pull out now that I've thrown my opinion in. :) Edit: Yeah, sounds like me. :)

Find me a 400 lb log -that I can easily balance on my shoulders crossing behind my head- so I can do my weighted calf raises. Yeah, manual labor isn't going to build muscle like weight lifting would. Splitting firewood would be like toning. You're not really pushing your body to the point your muscles are all torn up and are basically useless until they've repaired themselves. You're just using up all your energy and burning a lot of calories. As for a bench press being the only lift.. I can see that if all you care about is your chest and arms (not a signifigant amount). You need more than that if you want your body in top shape. Curls for your biceps, tricep press down for your triceps, lateral pull down for your lats (or pull ups but the lat pull down > pull ups), etc. I have to agree with deloriagod here. Manual labor is fine on occasion, but how often will you be chopping firewood or whatever else there is to be doing? Thing is, home gyms, or even gyms outside home are convenient. Thats what it ultimately comes down to; convenience. The majority people live in the city, and there just isn't a whole lot of tree's to chop down for firewood or manual labor to do.

You contradicted yourself there.. Maybe I should've restated that. I believe that 'he' might be somewhere in the world, sky, heaven, watching over us or wherever. But do I think he is real to the point where he will show his face to myself, you, or anyone else? Nope. Hope that made a little more sense. :P

Thats not necessarily a bad thing, after all; a lot of people don't want the excess bulk, but rather just a have half and half, some bulk and a good amount of tone, and I'm sure the Bowflex does fairly good in both categories. To the OP: What sort of results are you looking for? Might have helped to tell us if your looking to become some sort of body builder; muscle mass, or just tone.

Not to sound like a n00b, but whats tibia? Thank you for the advice too. Tibia Wow, that game looks really bad. Just did a quick google search and came up with that. Damn, it's like going back ten or more years ago, 2d and everything. :lol: But hey, don't be ashamed to play Runescape; it's just a game afterall. If people are going to think any less of you just because you play a different game then the rest thats pretty sad on their behalf; I wouldn't go calling them my friends.

Hannibal Rising (2007) - It was a pretty good movie, wasn't as violent as I had thought it might have been. I'm glad to say this wasn't no 'Saw'; Hannibal Rising actually had a decent storyline behind it. I enjoyed watching it, i'm finally getting into the habit of spending more time watching movies; doing something useful, rather then spending it all of the time on the computer. :wink:

Night at the Museum - A very fun, and creative movie. Made me have a few good laughs, and have a lot of fun. You, me and Dupree - Another pretty good movie. Had it's moments, well worth the watch, even though IMDB gave it a pretty low rating.

People like that changed something, just like the 'riots' before this one helped other elements of the game; most recently would have been swiftswitch or pest control. This is similar, the people who play this game have a right to complain about the things they dislike, and their showing that now (in massive numbers). I don't know about you, but having something that was part of the game since classic; basically wrecked, boy that pisses me off. Had to get that off my chest; taking a stand a waste of time? Bah. Except they had millions of supporters, a decent cause, and they weren't on an online game with 1m total members. It is a waste of time when you're whining over not being able to stake pixels or farm exp at Pest Control. Jagex won't listen to them. Jagex can, has, and will listen to the people. I already said they have done in the past, and what's stopping them from doing it again? You know why; without us, there is no Jagex. We're giving them feedback; albeit negative feedback, the people will force them to listen. Horrible update, I won't go into details why because so many have already. Question, since we can no longer stake more then 3k on a 1 vs 1 duel, but still can stake items; does anyone think this will make items rise in price to compensate for the lack of money involved? Since there are tons of stakers, they'll turn to other methods to continue to try and make the best of the arena without using the tournament. I was thinking that rares and higher leveled armour/weapons would increase. Anyone else think so, or is this just a stupid theory?

I have to say, it's never really crossed my mine to actually compare the consoles commercials. Have to give you credit for originality there. :wink: But which one is better, I'd have to say the 360's definitely. Like you already said; their fun, enjoyable and more up beat. While the PS3's are.. strange, and miss the mark. The xbox 360 actually 'shows' what the console might have to offer; action. People fighting with imaginary guns (which was rather interesting and stupid that it was banned) and that you could jump into the action. The PS3 on the other hand shows a rubric's cube, a freaky baby, and some eggs turning into crows. Which doesn't really tell me what they actually have to offer, however they end it with showing a very streamlined and sexy system. 8-) Creativity goes to Microsoft easily. Have to give the PS3 credit though, they actually show what they've made rather then the 360 commercials which don't show the console at all. :-k

No need to be sorry, it's just when you start a thread, there has to be room for discussion. Thats how any thread works. Alright, scratch that then. Friends are friends; really, not everyone is reliable and if single out people like that, well, you may not get a lot of friends to be honest. You learn people over time, not overnight; so give them a chance. I'm sure you wouldn't want people to judge you right away, correct? May want to try the help and advice forum for that one.
