When you remove armor yes, you do get it back, at least I know you get castlewars armor back, I'm not sure on the other armors.

There are a lot of slayer monster slayer assignments, but at lower level slayer masters you don't get them often. Maybe you should try a harder slayer master?

Yes, cooking is a buyable skills, and it only costs a little more than 7 mil, if you cook lobsters and sell/trade them for raws. Add the time..and it is far less than firemaking, because it goes faster too.

You should have no problem. Just remember to avoid the trolls as much as possible, 2 normal trolls are much worse than the final boos ice troll..he was quite easy, but I almost died when multiple trolls attacked me at once.

Do the Wanted! quest. It gives you enough experience for 20 slayer, and only a couple hundred xp to level 21. No, I will not tell you how to do it, that's what the tip.it quest guides are for.

You actually don't need to wear it-just have it in your inventory. For the entire raid, have your best melee armor.

Way to murder the obby shield, rune plate, d long, glory i can keep going on and on.. If weapons and armor don't keep on getting better and better, there isn't much reason to even have updates. No one is going to spend time to get an item that is worse that another item.
