  4. The Kill Bill Soundtrack is quite good
  5. I'm stuck in the middle. There are two lots of people I generally hang around with: the average girl clique and the my fellow geek friends (who are all boys). They don't get along very well and get quite cross when I hang around the other for too long. At lunch, I'm faced with a decision as to who I'm going to sit next to :|
  6. Is it over? I just woke up and... :|
  7. is it sad that I was singing along for most of that video? We should really have a Tip.It Hare Hare Yukai dance-off

  12. A classmate of mine is in the film. I'm quite jealous (he got paid £60 an hour) He hasn't told who he's playing or if he's just a random student. Can't wait! Love the whole 'fire roars' scene
  13. Its a proven fact that memories are easily altered. False memory research has provided some interesting results, most famous of which is the El Al plane crash in Holland where people were asked if they recalled seeing the plane crash on television. There were no cameras which filmed the crash. You might find this paper interesting to read on the subject of false memory. http://www.personeel.unimaas.nl/tom.sme ... %20CPR.pdf I have no doubts you remember seeing the glass move but I would put my car on it either being a false memory or at least one person touching it at the time. The movement of the glass is explained by process of the ideomotor effect though unconscious muscle movements. This link provides some interesting reading on the effect and how people are so easily fooled by it: http://www.quackwatch.org/01QuackeryRel ... motor.html I'm pretty sure none of us was touching it. Could be this 'false memory' though..
  14. I must've been delirious at that time but when I was 10, a group of friends were in an old classroom huddled around a make-shift ouijia board. I swear to God that glass MOVED. We weren't even touching it! We had our hands together, staring at the goddamned things and makes a little jump to the side. Couple of my friends saw it and made a beeline for the door so I'm sure it wasn't just me. -- Oh, and apparently I was "cursed" when I was a baby. In the Philippines, it's believed that if a child is greeted by a stranger (especially those with a strong personality) will get sick. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Usog -- Plenty of silly paranormal things in the Philippines. Silly rituals to go along with it too
  15. Oh man, what I'd give to have that talent. There's a lot of things I just can't unsee.

  17. Can't Stop by RHCP Just love the whole randomness of it
  18. Ahh, I remember when I used to be a hardcore marble player. We even used it as a kind of currency. A certain type of marble is worth this, and can be exchanged for inferior ones of the same value etc...
  19. Xbox 360, PS3, PC? PC
  20. Got the game yesterday. I've yet to try multiplayer though. Something tells me I'm gonna get owned so badly since I play Regular with the missions. And I tend to run into grenades :?
  21. NO! Just no... It better not. Although it's rumored that this kid... ...will play Aang. http://www.buddytv.com/articles/avatar- ... 16702.aspx Thoughts?
  22. I like to do things right the first time. I get very frustrated when I fail. My piano teacher told me I'm impatient when it comes to learning.
  23. Yes, there will be three live-action movies directed by M. Night Shyamalan. First one is due on July 2010 though :( [hide=]WHERE IS ZUKO'S MOM?![/hide]

please tell me you only do that because it doesn't hurt :wall: I only ever say ow if a girl tries to hurt me but fails  (me being me it sounds sarcastic) Sort of. It becomes an automatic response to being hit. It's funny really. My friend taps me lightly and I say "ow!" and they apologize as if they killed my dog or something. And yes, it doesn't hurt

My family has never been a present-sharing type (except to other people) Normally I'd expect a card with some money inside and dinner to some fancy place but this year I got a laptop which I'm pretty happy about :D
