The Enhanced Excalibur heals 200 lp, and the SGS heals 50% of what you hit. If you hit over 400 lp with the 2 special attacks, on average, then the godsword is the better option. However, the EE is more useful in places where you need a shield or places where you can't effectively attack something.

If you check the prices on the ge, you can make any jewelry that profits. Sapphire amulets work well, since they are the cheapest to make and have a nice return, just be aware that you have to string them in order to sell them on the ge. Getting 70 ranged is worth it, but you can wait until you're a member to do that.

If you're concerned about run energy you can wear monk robes and just pray melee until you can hide from them, if you have a fally shield you shouldn't need any pray pots. It's also worth it to bring a terrorbird for more food and the run restore, and the EE is also a good healing weapon if you get low on hp. Best of luck! whats an EE? Enhanced Excalibur, it's the reward from completing all the seers diaries. It's spec restores 200 lp, so it's very useful in this situation.

With desert robes you will take a sip of water every 2 minutes, with your normal clothes you will take a sip every 90 seconds, and in armor you will take a sip every 45 seconds. Use a water tiara if you have one. so you can fill your inventory with familiars and summoning potions. Lava titans are better than a yak at granite, because the yak can't make you drop any faster, but the titan can make you mine faster. The 2 problems with that are those are never stocked and supers are cheaper.

Defence potions require ranarr weed, which would explain their cost. The only reasons that I can think of as to why supers would be so cheap is that they were either merched or used heavily during the xp weekend.

No Small + Large + Giant = 24 Essence/Run Medium + Large + Giant = 27 Essence/Run By bringing the medium pouch, you pack an extra 3 essence into each run, but those 3 require a lot more time to use. After you craft your first set of essence, you will have 24 spaces free, the other 4 are taken by your pouches and runes. It is much quicker to empty 24 essence, craft them, and bank, than it is to empty 24 essence, craft them, empty another 3 essence, craft them, and bank. I would keep a few energy potions in your bank, just in case, but you probably won't need them. If you do, withdraw it and your essence, fill your pouches, refill your inventory, and drink the potion on the way to the altar. You will save a lot of time, which is worth a lot more than the 9 or so xp you get from a rune.

You leave out the medium in favor of the small and store 24 essence. You won't have to empty out any of the pouches more than once, and you will craft 49 essence per run, which is the most efficient.

Leave out the medium pouch. If you use the medium versus the small, you will store 27 essence, which is more than your inventory can hold, forcing you to click the altar 3 times per run, which will significantly slow your runs down.

SC picks are rarely ever worth it. You usually receive about 1/2-2/3 the xp/hour you would normally get if you used a rune pick, and the deficit would be even larger if you were to use a dragon pick.

I keep mine in Brimhaven, for easier access to the fruit tree patch, but I might change it when I can get a spirit tree.

Do I have to farm the materials? What is the best setup? These are the things I am unsure about :( Most people just buy the bait, so they don't waste time killing the monsters for it. If you fish in w84, you won't need to worry about food, just bring good armor to reduce damage.
