Varrock Diary 3 - I need some help
People are getting confused. You CANNOT be assisted for any diary task. It all has to be you. However the Teletab Task just requires you to make teletab, not have a lectern or a POH. As long as you make the teletab you can use anyones lectern. Just search on the RSOF for people with altars open. They usually have the relevant lectern.

Runecrafting nats...
I get approx 1.8k nats every familiar (roughly 40 minutes) and only use the 3 pouches. That's about 2.2k an hour but in no way rush. Also at 75 agility I only use 1 dose of super energy per trip, I wear all the weight reduction gear.

Crafting Training...
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=l1tMqIiBILU Brilliant video on how to kill Scarabites, with a cannon. Tasks last about 15 minutes and the slayer XP is phenomenal. You will lose out money wise but it's worth it.

Fastest way is to teleport directly. However this requires you having completing Desert Treasure and be on Ancients. Next fastest is yo use a portal in a POH. It doesn't have to be your house, and you only need Priest In Peril to use someone else's not DT. Best way is the house party world in Yanille, most people with altars also have Portal Rooms. If you want to be self-sufficient then do Fairy Tale Pt1 and start Fairy Tale pt 2 until you unlock the fairy rings. Quickest teleport to fairy ring is Slayer Ring to Slayer Cave then about 10 steps west. Glory to Edgeville also works and has the advantage of being near a bank. Alternatively use a Slayer Ring to get to the Slayer Tower and run South. Doesn't take long to get enough points to unlock making rings, and you can be assisted in doing so. Make a bunch en-mass as they are more useful than most people realize. Not worth buying the ring itself, waste of points. Other options are Ecto to Port Phantasm (sp) and run west (requires Ghosts Ahoy) or to use the Temple/Shortcut which you used during Priest in Peril, long run from Varrock though.

High Alching?
Yep If someone has a good way to train alching then they use it and share it with maybe a few friends. As soon as it's common knowledge masses of people buy said item and it's price rockets, making it no good for training.

summoning 41 to 57
Yeah greens are bad XP. I had an abundance of them from metal dragons (free waved to 90 mage) shortly after it summoning was released, thought I was proper good and was going to get some sweet XP but it all fall flat and soon emerged crimsons were the way to go. Greens are pretty much a money pit sadly. At least now you can swap for 70% of the shards back, whereas I had to alch for a loss.

Nechryaer
Yeah charm rate isn't different but they are lot closer together and it's rarely busy there, even if it is one switch is usually enough. You don't even need a populated world. At 99 str and 97 attack I have plenty still alive to kill if I'm there on my own.

170 Waterfiends?~
Not really. Part of the charm of the Bunyip is you can eat the plentiful raw fish drops with it's scroll ability. Void Spinners don't have that option :( Everyone has pretty much mentioned the best way to do it however if you are struggling try: 1. Maximise your MAGE protection. A good start is to get rid of you Rune Defender and use a Mind Shield. You lose a little attack/strength bonus, but you will get hit far less. (I do this with Scarabites) 2. Keep pro-range on all the time. 3. Drink your pots earlier. You will need more pots but the extra boosts will prolong the trip. 4. Bring some food. 5. Guthans. Guthans does work, and it works quite well as it has the crush attack. However if they attack with mage then you are liable to get hit as Guthans has rubbish mage defense. Usually you can heal without getting hit too bad as the mage attack is rare. This is a bit risky though tho if you want to try this bring a one click tele with you. Agreed except, I wouldn't know about Guthans. Perhaps it is worth it, perhaps not. Also the Mind Shield thing, I would disagree with also. They're using an SS \ Maybe Drag Scimmy and Mind Shield would make trips last longer.

Farming problem
Yep. In Depth: The farming clock always ticks. Like this: ACTION-----5mins-----ACTION-----5mins-----ACTION ACTION is either GROW, NOT GROW or DISEASE. 5mins is an example, different crops have different clocks (tied in to a Master clock I believe). Some crops have 5 stages til growth, others 10 etc. So basically when you plant a seed you have to wait to the clock to go round to ACTION. This could be 5 seconds, or 4 minutes 59 seconds, dependant on when you plant them. GROW is linked to farming level and happens most of the time. NOT GROW is rare, but does happen on the odd occasion. DISEASE causes your crop to become diseased. It does not advance the growth, so when you cure them you have to wait another cycle. Even if you pay for your crops to be looked after they can still become diseased, but the farmer cures them for you, you still have to wait the extra cycle.

Fly fishing in Lumby/Barbarian Village and dropping. You may be able to bank with the Lumby one without loosing too much time.

Pure ess mining with titan?
It's perspective. People see it as fast cash as it's far better than anything they can do. However once you are 93 summoning you will have better ways to make cash (and mine) than pure ess.

Guilded Alters?
It's also ALTAR. Try doing a search on the RSOF with just ALTAR and you will find someone.

Inferno Adze?
Yeah it requires some hefty levels and quests. As such it is respected.

Slayer Task-Hellhounds
I like them. There 2 shortcuts, one requires 70 one 80. The 80 bypasses the Black Demons but the 70 doesn't (and dumps you in the blue dragon room) Ranging them takes me too long, I find melee is more effective. Super set inc defenser and a Bunyip and I'm usually good. I bring Guthans just in case. They drop plenty of gold charms, I would say best dropper in the game and theres a chance of a clue scroll. The XP isn't major but its nice easy XP. I wouldn't skip them ever. If the place is crowded then utilize your excess inventory space by bringing a cannon. I don't advise using it all trip but it certainly scares off most of the range trainers and clue scroll hunters. Once they've gone pick it up \ If you are feeling brave theres a few Hellhounds near the Wildy Lever from Ardy. Cut web and go east then South. GWD is an option but there's too few there.

Slaying Mith Dragons
They are not looped, just some tasks are more common than others and it sometimes appears that way. I've had Bloodveld 3 times in a row.

Pure ess mining with titan?
I think the best way to get Abby Charms is to use the Forge Regent familiar in the Abyss (may not need this if low combat, but if you have 93 summon I reckon your only getting aggro from the bigger ones.) Once they are all onto you, use ancient magiks/chins to kill en-mass. Not a good training spot as you get little to no XP for it, but you'll soon have an inven of abby charms.
