Real life help & advice
I know maybe it's too late for this, and it's not an immediate solution, but going away to college would probably help you. While you might not be able to get someone to pay for the treatment you need, they may be willing to pay for you to go to school, and most (larger schools at least) offer mental health services to their students for "free". Plus it gets you away from your current situation, although it certainly isn't an immediate solution. A more immediate solution would be to just go check yourself into a hospital or clinic of some sort. I don't have sources for this, but I remember hearing something about free treatment being available to patients who may have suicidal tendencies if they can't afford it. It certainly could be worth a try if you feel that is what you need to do. Or, assuming you have health insurance, you could just give them that information and say [bleep] it to whatever consequences may arise with your family. The most important thing is that you get the help that you need. Also, go for your walks if they help. What's the worst thing that could happen? So long as you aren't smuggling Hitler meth, you should be fine. Plus, if somehow you got arrested and convicted and sent to jail, inmates have access to mental health services as well. It's a little late, so I hope this isn't shit advice. The most important thing is to try to take things as they come. Things will get better, even if they are shit now. Just take everything day by day and do what you can to get help for yourself.

Got my hair cut. It's the shortest I've had it in a long time. Got some lazy eye shit or something going on here too apparently.

UV is trash man, I will stand by that. Flavored vodka makes me want to puke just thinking about it though, so that may be why. For an extra like $2 a handle, you can get Smirnoff which is a ton more drinkable. And for like $10 more a handle you can get really good vodka. I don't know, even being as poor as I am, I'd rather spend $30 on a nice handle of Vodka than $20. But I need a lot less to get drunk for sure, so it's probably more worth it for me. Although in all fairness, I drank vodka that was $11 a handle for a long time so I'm not one to talk haha. Also, Happy Father's Day to any fathers here.

how to motivate my sister
5'6 135 is totally healthy, at least weight to height. Like someone said, if everyone around her starts eating healthier, she will too.

Food Club! Share your recipes!
This thread really deserves more attention. I'll throw some recipes of mine in here later, when it's not after 3 in the morning. I have tons that I can steal from my mom, as well as some stuff I just cook on my own.

I didn't get the research job I interviewed for. I'll be honest, I'm pretty upset since it would have been great money and looked great on my resume, but I'm also kind of relieved. I know that's ridiculous, but whatever. I still need to find a job though, so that's going to be a pain in the ass.

Looking into buying a pair of climbing shoes. I found a pair that's usually $125 for $50, so I'm very very tempted to buy them. Or rather, they are $49.98, which only matters because there is only free shipping on orders of $50 or more. I'll just pick up a bag of chalk with it or something, you can never have too much chalk. Plus it's only like $4, and I can get free 2-day shipping instead of paying $6 for economy, or $15 for the 2-day. Related, does anyone else rock climb/boulder? I've been going pretty religiously to the wall at the gym for about 2 months now, although I'm still not a pro. I don't know what the usual level of progression is, but I've finished all but one of the V1's at the gym (and I'm calling bullshit on that one actually being a V1. It's a V1+ for sure, probably even a V2-) and I've done 3 or 4 V2's with a few more I'm close on. I'm on average going 3-4 days a week and spending about 2 hours there, probably about half that actually on the wall. Edit: Also I have a paper due tomorrow, as well as two other assignments, so I'm spending as long as I can on looking at shoes. I found some good deals on shoes for one of my friends, since he is lucky enough to have small feet meaning he can take advantage of closeouts, where as I wear 11's, so my feet are much to big to get good deals on small leftover shoes for cheap, but a little bit too small to take advantage of the large sizes.
